Me and my friends were outside the gun shop and saw 3 guys in a red suv and said hello to towards them, then they get out the car and they decided to rob us. I complied to dropping my weapon and dirty harry started giving me a count down before i could get in to my inventory to drop the pistol i had . After we gave him the weapons they dirty harry was adamant that he wanted blood on his shoes so one of us had to die .

Thats not a valid reason for me to get banned. 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.

 
Count downs are not considered quality roleplay .  As you can see in the video you gave me a count down (around 30 seconds in the video) and as i put my hands down  to give you the weapon you start counting down not giving me any time at all when you wanted to take my weapon. I am also not only talking about what i think is a RDM but also about your roleplay in that situation, which i thought was poor

and u say that all i do is make things up. Well thats all you do on a rp server.

Plus your friend that broke characther in voice saying this isnt rp.

 
no you didn't but if i were to be too slow you would have killed me since you were already counting as i was trying to talk to you and before i opened my inventory . Also that's  for you to deal with that matter with my friend not for you to deal with it here.

it just shows that youre pissed for getting killed and reporting me because youre angry. You know you dont have to be in a fire fight to be allowed to kill someone. I initiated and didnt not just randomly kill you.

 
Im not angry about being killed at all , i was not happy with your roleplay and why you killed me because you wanted blood on your shoes as you say in the video. I was no threat to you, you had taken my weapon and still decide to kill me

So.. There was roleplay. Just because you completely complied, does not mean you won't die. Your attitude toward someone threathening you with your impending death is not very.. realistic in itself. You would not put up a mouth like that in reality. You probably did it because you somehow thought that if you complied, he is not allowed to kill you, thus hiding behind the rules of the game instead of giving some proper roleplay.

And I don't know if this Max is your friend, but he was breaking RP in voice, so he's lucky he has such a common name and I cba to find him on the statspage to ban him for it.

A little piece of advice here. Next time, try and have this resolved BEFORE posting it on the forums. Any online member support will be happy to sit in on you resolving it and could have told you why this is not RDM or poor RP. They would have told you your attitude toward the guys with the guns is way closer to fail RP than the other way around, and you would not have made a fool of yourself like you do now.
