Which server did the incident take place on: GTA RP

Date of the incident: 12/28/22

Time of the incident (GMT) 24hr Format: 19

What best describes this incident ?: RDM (no reason for being kiled)

Please (in detail) describe the incident: There was no roleplay in the situation.he punched me and in a joke way.Then i punched once in a response.2 minutes pass of quiet of me talking and running around by myself. Then he pulls up in a car with other people OUTSIDE THE PD STATION and continue to punch me for no reason over and over again till im dead.Then his friend pulled out again randomly and fires off many bullets at my friend innocently sitting in his car. Finally he dumps us and doesnt give and answer.

Hello Christian, 
I am Gibbo, the one in the DRIVERS SEAT OF THE COMET with a mullet. 

I'm wondering if this report is going against me, as although i am with these people in the clip (GANG);

1. I didn't hit u at any point in the clip, nor did i hit you at all
2. You can hear me say multiple times, saying such things as lets "bounce" or something alone the lines of, leave him alone

Again, im just confused if this report is against me, please let me know.

Also can i ask why in the clip at 2:59 onward within the clip, you're speaking to someone without using radio or being in range of someone. Is it a bug or are you using an external form of communication?

My name is dan I was involved in this situation I want to start off by saying I did not see you say anything in OOC to go discord about what happened.

I will try to explain it the best way I can possible, So when I got on the back of the bike I was kicked off by Lucas and you said to me should we bang him I chased him asking why he did it an hit him starting a fight that`s when you  decided to hit me.

I focused my attention on you saying do you want to go there  yeah and started on you the police told us all to go so I said ill be coming back for you less than two minutes later I came and confronted you about it and that`s when I had full on fight with you and Lucas and asked for back up you jumped in the car so you couldn`t get hit so a member of My gang  shot you  instead when I was dumping both of you I got asked if I took you pillbox you would pay me and my response was no you both can rot there.

I`ve had a look at your evidence and that where you actually hit me more than once as seen on the 5 minute clip on  YouTube.

I would like to ask one question it seems like you are talking to someone about the situation possibly Lucas and the in game audio bar Isn`t changing so I`m guessing that is using external chats to deal with in city situations

ye but u just punched me it wasnt a fight just get wacking me until i died i hit u once thats rlly poor rp i ur friend should punished and u shouldnt of shot for a one sided fight we werent fighting u friend just wacked me

IT WASNT A FIGHT U GET PUNCHING AND SWEARING AT ME I HIT U ONCE AND U CONSTANTLY HIT ME TILL DEATH

 
Christian mate, I have seen the YouTube clip you posted and it clearly shows you punching me multiple times.

I am leader of a gang trying to make a name for myself with in the city and when I got disrespected by your friend I did what most criminal gang members would you may not be happy with how it ended but the both of you started the whole thing I don`t believe it was RDM and the RP could of been so much better if you had of acted your injuries.

I wont be replying to this no more as it seems you are getting a little angry about it so ill leave it with staff to deal with and ill accept the decision they make.

ur friend with mullet exploiting to get in the water 

 
Christian why do you have a problem with nsc gang it seems like you have made alot of reports with every rp situation you have had with us this statement of my friend is exploiting to get in the water is a complete different rp situation where you and your friend have targeted nsc members again even though the beef died when i left you for dead after our rp encounter and you are stating that on this report for what reason exactly ?

 
All this report looks like is that a fight started to which the shirtless man ran off and brought back up to beef you and your friend which resulted in both of you being downed.

  • Do I think the downing off yourself and your friend was of Poor Quality? No.
  • Do I think its shit roleplay to start shooting outside of a fully manned Police Station? Yes.



My question to you both @itsbadnewshazeyand @christianerotokritouas per the G6 rule - 'Emergency Buildings - Loitering around emergency buildings (Police Stations, Fire Stations and Hospitals) without a valid roleplay story is not allowed.'

  • What was your Valid Roleplay Story for loitering here?
 
Dan being at pd Liam,

it was very busy i agree and was trying to speak to officers but got told to wait.  the reason  for me  being at pd  was because the night before i broke out of prison and went to go check on a warrant as i gave a blag name when i got arrested and went to prison under police testing i am leader of nsc and have been heavily involved with police in my rp lately so had valid reasons to be around pd it was later that day i had to hand myself in at my own turf
