Please (in detail) describe the incident: So, All I know is the guys name was billy Stevens and I have suspicion he was talking in discord with his mate to kill me, Not only that He was spam punching while he was attacking me, Which as I've been told is a lot a ban able offence And I'm 99% Sure that if you've just been stabbed with a machete about 5 times you aren't meant to be talking after, He also was refusing to let me pick him up and I've been told that that's also an offence as well, and the only footage I have is where he's talking after being stabbed and refusing to get picked up and then where he goes silent is where I think he messaged his mate to tell him where he is dead

He was spam punching while he was attacking me. 

I do not see any spam attacking in this clip, I am assuming this has happened prior to this situation, and unless I am mistaken I don't think it's a bannable offense. 

 

He also was refusing to let me pick him up and I've been told that that's also an offence as well

The option is there for a reason, you do NOT have to accept a carry. 

 

I have suspicion he was talking in discord with his mate to kill me

From what I can see, you're trying to rob someone or have killed someone at tire nutz (one of the busier places), I'd need a bit more proof to go about this. 
 

Now onto the report itself, you're reporting the gentleman for I am assuming;  (G3.1) OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.

You can be talking after, however, you'd be roleplaying out the injuries, talking in an injured voice, /me's to enhance the roleplay, but what Billy has done is wrong, he should be acting accordingly to his injuries. (G4.4)

Proving this stuff is one of the hardest things to prove, I'd need a bit more proof than that. The best thing we can say is that this is an assumption.  

I've also talked to the staff member that was involved in talking to you about the situation, and he himself never said any of those two claims. 

You were also punished for this situation yourself.
