Please (in detail) describe the incident: The video speaks for itself, we were just chilling at Auto Exotic when a white trucks runs me and others over and proceeds to drive off, as seen in the video i chase them and engage with them to which they proceed to combat log at the end of the video

I have reviewed the evidence and time has been given for the two persons involved to explain their side of the story, with some wizardry from Recon he has managed to locate the two involved and I have come to the conclusion that this is clear RVDM and Combat Logging.
