I was transporting some weed to the processor. I did park further away from the processor in the woods as I wanted to check the location first because I had the money for the license on me. On my way down the hill "DI Raigon [999]" shouted behind a rock that he is from the police and I should drop my weapon. After I didn't comply with his request and tried to slowly move away from him, he shot me. While down, he asked me two questions and left me there to bleed out.
I consider this as bad roleplay.. otherwise I could just go to random people and request from them to put up their hands / drop their weapon and if they don't comply shoot & rob them instantly.

I tried to message him on Teamspeak after this happened, but he didn't respond.

Middle of a gun fight at weed processing with 3 Hemits got word from darter user (DSGT Zener) that you had a MX out aiming at officers I approached you with other officers behind me ready to shoot you on sight however I was close on scene with you started shouting at you to drop your weapon keep in mind it's only been a minute since last shot at the processor.. For all I know your involved I kept shouting for you to drop your weapon or else either me or a Sniper that I had on the hill CI Hugo or a another officer near by shot you but in stead you kept moving with your gun out drawn and unwilling to comply thus deemed involved.  

 I did not want to get too close to you as it was a active gun fight and did not want to put my self in harms way while you was in combat stance you failed to comply and kept moving in combat stance what did you expect?.

When I arrived at the weed processor I saw 2 hemits and a helicopter next to it. As they already acted kinda strange at the weed farm spot earlier I decided to park further away and wait for them to leave. As soon as I saw a police car coming I drove even further away, up to the hill. I didn't hear any shots, I was too far away I guess. I had the gun out so I could zoom in further and see more clearly if the situation is yet resolved or not, until you came and shot me.

As I wasn't even looking into your direction I don't think that I was an immediate high risk, and even lower if as you say that multiple officers where aiming at me. Also at no point did you warn me that you would shoot me if I don't comply with your request, or at least not loud enough to hear it.

I probably have some kind of guilt with how this situation played out too.. but overall it think it was handled quite bad. Leaving me to bleed out there wasn't nice too.

And yes, I did send you a message on TeamSpeak. But you did not respond and went off 20 minutes after the message. (roughly at 12pm)

It is unfortunate for you man but it is your responsibility having a gun out in a middle of a gun fight and moving off after being warned "This is the armed Police Drop your weapon" though you did not hear my last bit. Next time i'll just shoot you without saying a thing next time as that Is what I could of done and that in my opinion is shitty but I am well within my rights as you where in a gun fight zone with a gun out and a darter watched you. 

As for bleeding out you cannot expect me to be with you where you could potentially call out to others where I am on your location and get shot at. I am not a medic. 

You may feel hard done by but at end of day you brought it upon your self if you had a gun in your backpack we would of not been here in the first place.

About the bleeding out.. that's not "possible". It would be a ban-able offense if I would speak to anyone beside using the direct channel, see rule 3.5 & 4.4.

Certainly know the rules regarding downed state not saying you would do it but you never know and I did approach you for couple seconds to ask you some questions but as middle of gun fight did not want to stay long around same area where shots was fired.

Just one more point, wanting to expand on your logic with "Certainly know the rules regarding downed state not saying you would do it but you never know". If this would be a valid excuse, then someone could expand on this and assume everybody would not follow any rules, because ya.. you never know, and shoot them for whatever reason. Surely this is exaggerated, but the same logic applies.

Right so after reviewing this report I have come to a conclusion.

Right so let's start of with getting the first bit out of the way. Yes, Killing someone MUST be done in a form of high quality Role Play.

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high Role Play, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.


However, in this situation things were a bit different. There was a active gunfight going on and you had your gun out and was pointing it in the direction of a police officer that were dealing with a active gunfight. By doing so, you were deemed involved. The officer even had the right to just straight up shoot you without any saying anything. He did choose for the other option, which was trying to initiate on you before he started killing you which is really good since it was not needed. I would like to say to Raigon, watch out when you are far away from someone since they may not be able to hear everything you are saying because of the distance between you and the person. Also, Lizzaran when you try to resolve something with someone on Teamspeak and they are not replying to there messaged, wait a bit and send them a other one. I will be rejecting this report.
