What a Joke, Not sure if swapping servers after constant mass kicks is aginst the rules but ok...........   As someone else said it looks like you are just revenge reporting because you either lost some guns or failed to successfully rob the HM. Dear @Boston Broiler,
I am sorry that you tried to do a HM Treasury and we all turned up. I am not going to lie, I am just going to cut to the chase (not the one with Bradley Walsh), I wanted to do a normal NPAS patrol. I then found out that there was a HM Treasury going on so I got a AR-2 Darter up. I honestly just wanted to get a WA-99 out after going on Server 1 because I had enough of gun fights so then I went onto S2 to do an NPAS patrol. As I was about to get WA-99 up in the air and try to help people doing legal runs, I had a notification going off on my radio saying that Officers were down, lethals were authorised at the HM Treausury. I don't know if you wanted us to respond or not but I think common sense would tell you that Police will respond.

All I souley wanted to do was get a helicopter out and do an NPAS patrol around the legal areas, starting around Copper Processor but I spawned at NPAS, got my NPAS gear on and found out that Officers were getting injured so therefore I have to prioritise a Police Officers life rather than a helicopter patrol. There were no thermal imaging cameras in the air over the scene so I therefore took action into my own hands, tried to help the Police on the ground and give thermals to them in the general Operation channel. 

You may want to believe me, you may not and I respect whatever comment you say but all I want to do is have some fun on the server and I want to make this 100% clear, crystal with Kiwi Polish on it, I did not Metagame, In my opinion, I logged on at the wrong time. I had no intention of getting involved with the gunfight whatsoever. I actually wanted to take some officers in training as well if I got a CFI + authorisation as I am an Academy Member. 

In conclusion, I am sorry for what you had to experience but I hope you believe me, and if you don't I respect that and I hope saying sorry will help.

James, you are not posting anything constructive and that comment can just easily get us all banned. I'm no Staff Member but we have to take it how it is and deal with it professionally.

EDIT: I have also spotted this on your gang page. If you want to report us for a "Hop-On-Squad" then why does it state that we will expect a hop on squad when you get robbed, or arrested for example?
- Offer protection for every gang member. If you're getting robbed doing a run expect everyone in the gang to come over along with hop-on squad to get on and provide assistance

We were already on Server 2 the one we are usually on and we had pretty low numbers (around 12), there were as I said around 12 cops, 19 more came on do you need 31? I don't really feel this is the time to be calling people scummy.

The rule break is a form of meta-gaming you've received information as stated externally and reacted to it with a very large number of players.

None of us were killed twice or came back to break NLR, once we died we left the situation, if you have any issues with someone breaking NLR please speak to them directly via team speak.

I don't understand this report because it's just a joke tbf, so firstly you guys check to see there is 10 cops (which is fine) and then take advantage of that so you guys outnumber the cops by a lot and we all know that if there's a bank being robbed RL specialists officers who trained to deal with such situations are called as backup which is  what happened in this situation and if you are constantly doing bank ops on server 2 with 10 cops the police stand no chance of even putting a fight and most of the times all the banks DO NOT involve no rp at all the blasting charge is planted without RP and if there is rp, rebel : we want all the gold bars.

Now to if your saying none of you have came back to a bank? So why is it that I'm being messaged by cops that people from your gang had come back after died which Ghostkiller confirmed and I came to your lobby and had to explain it most your gang member a basic server rule and I gave them a slap on the hand and kept on playing and another situation where @Robbie caught a few members of your gang meta gaming and guess what gave a slap on the hand are were let off so your claims that none you broke NLR is invalid.

Also let me add even though it's been added above according to your report this is the same as the following:   "Offer protection for every gang member. If you're getting robbed doing a run expect everyone in the gang to come over *along with hop-on squad to get on and provide assistance*"

If you look at all the videos you can see that I was the last person to log on because I saw a few people server 2 in a operation which I just decided to join and not having any information before hand that there was a bank op on going.

Hello all,

Like @angellfall said i was playing attack and defend with a few people for a good while after a good amount of time we got very bored and decided we wanted to go on a police patrol i don't understand what we did wrong. None of us knew that a bank operation was happening otherwise we would of gone on server 1 the reason we chose to go on server two over server one is because its far more stable than server one with the mass kicks and less people are normally on server two so patrols are far more calmer and quiet.

Attached below and after speaking to everyone in the gang who was involved in this situation we would like to pursue this player report. Also, Ponty you state as quoted below:

From my perspective right there you have admitted to metagaming, you have just stated that you came on knowing that 'a gang your size' was doing the hm and as a result you logged on to assist.

We are not here for players to get banned and if you look in the player report section you will find 2/3 player reports that we have posted as 90% of the time we will resolve it. However, this is not the first time that this hop-on situation has occurred and we feel something should be done about it.

To those commenting saying where's the metagaming you arrive at the HM in no longer than a few minutes of logging into the server. Pairing that with the fact of you all log on just before and a bit after it starts I find it hard to assume that it's one big coincidence.

To those stating that it was a 'scummy thing you can do' we prefer not to get into gunfights were its 20v40 and the 40 cops get to come back after 15 minutes. No-one should be expected to have the ability to deal with that.

This will be my final reply to this player report as I can only expect more replies from cops insulting us or trying to derail the topic as shown below by saying we're the one who are 'breaking server rules'. If you feel this is as such please either talk to us on teamspeak or post a player report. This thread is in regard to your actions not ours.

I would like to ask you to stop taking things out of context. I can honestly say I feel the same like Ponty, it is something unfair to do. However, nobody of us "admitted" anything. If there was a message or something going around then correct me, but there wasn't as far as I know. 

He just stated, that it is unfair and you should not say anything against it, IF we try to make it fair.

However, I would just like to bring this to an end. Can you please put the evidence up of us metagaming and stop discussing things around the report.

Okay so my previous reply was deleted cause I took the piss out of how stupid this report really is... but here we go... The serious version.

I was playing A&D with some friends and we got bored of it so we went on a patrol. S1 was doing some mass kick rubbish and in fact.. If I recall correctly, I told @SI Coozer to go S2 since S2 is much more stable and there's always fewer cops on S2. We went straight from a A&D room to a command patrol channel, when we logged in game we saw the GPSs of the cops at HM and that's when everyone logging on realised there was a bank OP. 

I then decided to do some Sierra Oscar duty (Sit at a desk and manage police comms). I literally pulled out a hunter for one of the guys and then I had to go off due to some RL issue and I logged off.

Also, 'hop on' applies that we logged on to attend the HM which we both clearly haven't since we were never killed or killed anyone, so please... Try and avoid reporting every officer that joins the server. You have absolutely no evidence that we were ever on scene.

Thank you to everyone who gave constructive input into this report/topic from Management, Staff, Police and Players who have given their opinion on this,
there has been a lot of time and meetings between all different parties in this community to find solutions to this and address the issue correctly and fairly
for both sides of the factions. I have had discussions with Management and Police command and there will be new rules being put in place to prevent this from happening again in the future from both Police and Rebels to ensure those involved at HMs/Raids on gang bases are the only ones and large numbers are not joining the server to get the upper hand, one of which being at HMs which will restrict Police/Rebels from joining. Hopefully it will be less confusing and more fair knowing 
where we all stand on this, having concrete rules in place and preventing any reports like this from going up in the future.

I have read numerous comments regarding why this report was not put up within twenty four hours of this taking place and would like to just address this again, this
evidence was brought forward to Staff and Staff lead on the day of it happening after the HM was over and I was told not to post a player report due to the amount of people involved in this as it may be classed as starting drama by Ram, which hopefully everyone can see was not the aim for this player report. I was then contacted again the next day being told this should be posted as a player report involving everyone involved and I confirmed with Ram that this was allowed, I then spent a large amount of time going through almost three hours of footage getting the names and proof that those named were actually involved and not everyone who connected. I understand that most people due to the size of the files only store recordings if needed and if they feel nothing happened they will delete these files and it may have been unfair as they could have deleted evidence they needed and again this was not down to my own decisions.

I would also like to apologise to any of you who felt this was a personal attack on them or on the Police faction it was to document what has been happening and
to prevent it from happening which hopefully everyones time here will have been well spent towards solving this. There have been a few of those who were reported
who came forward and messaged me directly and we spoke about what happened and I got to hear their side of what actually happened and I appreciate the honesty and
their time for doing this and hope that we can move on from this and not hold grudges on each other for what has been said or done as half of you I dont know personally
and some of you I do speak to now and again when doing Attack and Defend's or role-playing with on the server.

A big thank you to @Vladic Ka who put a lot of time into this, reviewing the evidence from everyone involved from both sides, finding solutions and de-escalating this situation, I would like to retract this report. I am grateful that this has been resolved without anyone getting warnings or banned as none of us come online to have this happen we are all at the end of the day here to play what is just a game and to unwind or have fun in our spare time.

If anyone still has any problems or issues with me who I haven't spoken to please feel free to contact me and hopefully we can discuss this and not end this on a bad note.

Just so everyone is aware we are currently finalising a rule set for this with people logging in for specific situations. Unfortunately a bit of forum magic needs to be done by @Wilco for it to be inserted into the rules so for now there will be an announcement going up soon™.

Glad this could be resolved and no players had to be banned.
