Wounded on the floor and Derp RDMd us. we were waiting for ages for a medic and I was afk and a group of people who had nothing to do with our car crash randomly finished us off. As you can see he had nothing to do with us as we just died in a car crash. He RDMD us for no reason.

this is the crash scene these are two completely different people who are not involved they just saw the crash.

No you didn't. Also you stopped recording right after i shot and your buddy said no. Like it didn't sound like he was AFK. Also you didn't state that your friend wasn't AFK and that only you were AFK. So basically your friend could have said no.
Also Tiger no i told you were lagging and you have to do somethnig about it, cuz i shot you 3 time sin the chest. You shot and 2 seconds after that i died. I basically dropped on the floor at left side of the Front hood so that basically means you had to shoot me through the backwindow, driver seat and through the front window to kill me. And that got me pissed off cuz it isn't fair at all to die with 70K worth of stuff on me. Also i do apologise that i failed to RP at that moment. And failed to control myself.

First off thank you for making a player report. There is a point I will bring up within the video before letting you know the conclusion of this report against @TheGreatestDerp.

I see that you mention that you was AFK as this point due to the length of time you were waiting for a medic, Going through the video either yourself of your friend wasn't afk and said 'noooo' after you was shot. When Derp pulled up he did ask you both a few times if you wanted him to put you out of your missery. You can see from your own video that he did attempt to roleplay with you both and got nothing back in return.

Now I can imagine you are thinking how can I respond when i'm afk? There is no way you can respond however your friend wasn't afk and he could of roleplayed with the two people who pulled up i.e 'Derp'. Within the video you do hear him say after asking you that he was going to put you our of your missery. I don't feel that this was straight up RDM or RDM of a sorts as your friend could of responded and simply said no and opened roleplay with them. 

Just to touch on the RDM rule itself '(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).' You can see here shooting someone without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is RDM. However Derp did try but got nothing in return.

For the conclusion of this report, Derp did try and roleplay with both of you a few times asking the question and he got nothing in return. He did inform you what he was going to do then killed you. Due to this I will be denying this report. I would suggest if you do have to go afk please don't if you are downed for a long period of time due to a medic reviving you or another player coming to have an interaction with you.
