the guy was out side rebel base and shouted put your hands up i didn't know where he was so i ran and hid ,my friend walked out and was just shot ,you can here the time he dies when he says no and question the kill in game.

Alright - thanks for submitting this report @willoakley2001. I've been listening over and over to that recording, and I can now finally hear what is being said and I must say, the level of RP provided before they opened fire on you is really poor: "Put your hands on your head, put your hands on your head and drop your gun" before he opens fire seems abit preemptive. 

@Deandre - seeing as you (Dean) is involved in this situation, would you care to elaborate on the situation before I make my decision?
