Please (in detail) describe the incident: A few members of OCG was standing at Auto Exotic chilling with some other members of the community as the well known OCG vs Cutlass beef has come to a stand still with Cutlass not being around for a while now. As seen in the clip you can hear a member of Cutlass, Dave Sancho pass us on a BF400 while shouting "suck your mother, pussyhole." At this point Baz is next to Molotov and decides to pull his gun and shoot for Dave's tyre, with the comment and Baz shooting we believe this to become an active situation with the Cutlass member.

The 3 OCG members there and the rest of OCG in city all begin to take chase while giving comm's over radio. We follow Dave to Big Red Car Park where he logs out and doesn't return. We believe this to be a clear breach of C2.3 as Dave entered into our roleplay scenario with a hostile comment, Baz shoots for a tyre and then we all took chase. From this point onwards Dave would be part of this active scenario. He didn't log out anywhere specific (cutlass turf, a house, public parking spot, etc) he literally went to the closet hidden spot he could find and logged out, whether this was to save gear or just not wanting to take part in roleplay I'm not sure. I drove past AE, stuck my finger up, and shouted "Suck your mother pussyole!" Does this qualify as a combat scenario? After riding away, I looked around to see if I was being followed, but there was no one around. If Baz shot me for expressing those words, wouldn't be considered RDM? Regardless, I did not see or hear anyone shooting or chasing me before logging out. I'd want to see Baz's POV of this to gain a better picture of the situation OCG claims to have been in.

Also, why didn't OCG check for me but instead assumed I'd logged out?
I have provided my POV, and I believe this could have been resolved through a liaison.

Hello all, let's review this.
So Dave, there are 2 ways i could interpret your answer, number 1, is ruleplay, finding a technicality in the rules and using it to the full, which i think you can guess how we feel about.
Number 2 is you are trying to tell us you had no idea anyone would chase you down after this despite the fact that you keep looking back every few seconds to see if anyone is there, then you go to hide in the red car park in a way that it just so happens that there is a chance they won't find your bike so they will assume you fled somewhere else.

In both cases i see no intention to RP, rather i see an attempt to piss someone off in RP and then get away with it outside of the usual RP routes and then an attempt to give a reason to it in order not to get banned. This does go in line with your ban history from what i can see. As such this report will be approved.
