Please (in detail) describe the incident
We and my friend were lockpicking a car on the road side, just next to the peach trees. Then a player in a box truck slowed down to a stop next to us. Secconds later, he reversed and aimed at the car with his truck. He then proceded to acclerate into the car whilst my friend was lock-picking it; he died as a result. Danny Conway ,missing a wheel, then tried to drive off. I then shot his tires as his actions we of an aggressive nature. He then did not engage in any rp and repaired his truck and drove off. We attempted to resolve the situation and pull him into the teamspeak server. We were ignored. Minutes later he drove past us and crashed; dying in the process. He then immediately ignored all of my rp/communication and alt f4/ closed his game entirely. My friend lost almost 200k worth of gear and would like danny conway to be punished as a result.
