Please (in detail) describe the incident
We were handling a drug incident at Meth lab in Agios when we saw Daniel turn up in his Hemmet. When he saw us he flipped around so i and @Ghaleb went after him, after doing the regular 3 honks we realized he wasn't gonna stop so we turned the Sirens on and the chase started. After a little while i had the chance to initiate on tires which i did, the 3 minutes pass and as can be seen in the video we have the chance to shoot at the tires of his truck after he had tried to hit us multiple times already. He then ran over me (Will Grigg) as can been seen and heard. That wasn't great like all his other attempts but we are like, ''ok it's fine'' and continue. I was able to just dodge all attempts but This time he steered in so quick Ghaleb couldn't turn out of his way and we had the explosion. Ghaleb and I then Asked him in direct with // if he could please come to liason, after a bit of a struggle he said, ''ok ill come'' but he never came I tried but he didn't come. So I decided to make this report.
