We have no Context for this video. It just shows you running around a building with your gun out and a guy shoots at you.  

For Staff to make a decision on this we require a video showing 3-5mins before the shooting takes place. If you are not able to produce this then the report will be rejected.

Reject it then, leave the RDM'er because I don't have the 5 minutes before he shoot at me.

You’re running around with a gun out... so is the other player. From what I can see here, something has happened and you’ve left the context out by not supplying sufficient footage to show us the run up to those shots..

From that video, I cannot say that is or is not RDM. I can definitely say that some poor chap got hit by a car and some bloody speed.

All in all; provide a few minutes of context when placing a report.
