Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was bored on the server so decided to dress up in a random outfit and sell a bit of coke. I drove over to Vagos block and noticed a white sultan at bottom car park. I wasn't sure if it was a Vagos car or a randoms car so I left it at first and started running round selling Coke to locals. When I lapped back around to the bottom I noticed the car was empty so I thought I would take it for a spin. As I pulled away in the car I noticed a black flicker which made me think someone was spawning in so I looked behind me to see someone running towards me. I decided to reverse and do a few spins around the person just as a joke. No less than 10 seconds after starting to do this I was gunned down.

I believe this to be RDM as the owner of the car was not identifiable and neither was I. There was no attempt at roleplay other than "get out of the car" which to me is just as bad as "hands up or die" - The interaction lasted all of 10 seconds before I was sprayed down. Who the characters are is irrelevant and if this was just 2 random people I believe this would be classed as RDM. I noticed my volume levels are a bit low and ive now fixed this in OBS for any future clips. I don't like to report but it is becoming more frustrating when Roleplay is only ever attempted after a situation has been "won".

A lot of context is missing from this report. I was looking for Vagos. You're dressed how you have been during the recent beef. You attempt to steal my car and ignore my instructions to get out and instead find it funny doing doughnuts around me without saying a word. I didn't know if you would shoot or speed off at any moment, especially during those hostile times.

I've never seen a longer reach in a reply in my life to be honest.

I intentionally went to the clothing store and put an outfit on I would A, never pick and B never have picked in the past. Ill attach a photo just to show how random it was... it even had my arms clipping through that's how random the choice was and how much I didn't care about my selection.

Any talk of beef or hostile times is irrelevant to this report because I was nothing more than a random in a clown mask.
