What best describes this incident: G11.2.1 Temporary groups
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself, Blunt and Iris were at Mosley's hanging out when Blunt and I hear our fellow Cypress member call out he is being chased by Police via the radio. We swiftly got ourselves into cars to see if we could aid him in anyway, however by the time we got to his location he was surrounded by about 7-8 people with heavy weapons and we witnessed him being taken away in zipties. As there was only Blunt and myself from Cypress around we decided it be the smarter option to inform people in the group chat of what had happened and then try to gather as much information as we could by asking around and stalking the cars we had seen at the situation. After some vital information had been gathered we returned to Mosley's where Sergei then made contact with us and gave us his experience. While we were discussing that 7 people all blacked out came to us with guns drawn to hold us up and rob us. Although they did not take anything the intent was 100% there. After they had left Blunt and Sergei confirmed that, that was the same group that had robbed Sergei not 5-10 mins prior. Hearing this I decided it would be best to again stalk them and find out more information. Blunt had followed the group to Tire Nuts and witnessed the robbery of Jay from TRS and the kidnapping of 2 Firm members Lily and Danny.
Now that our version of events is laid out I will move on to addressing the alleged rule break. It is of my understanding that if you are to participate in activities outside of your own F6 that you may not be involved in a group of more than 6. For example: if I was to join a group of people to rob a bank I would need to make sure it was myself and 5 others anymore people than that and I as well as the other people in the group would be in breach of this rule, or if myself and 5 friends had an issue with a common enemy we could form together to target this individual regardless of our respective gangs/groups again anymore than 6 people would breach this rule.
It is clear to see based off the evidence provided that there are more than 6 people in this situation. I have also attached screenshots of the clip where each member is spotted.
The reason for my report is that over that last month or so I have been in some RP which hasn't allowed me to be on the server and over that time I would watch streams of other people playing to keep myself entertained. During this time my group (Cypress) has been involved in a few different situations with Cutlass and it seemed that they almost always had an extra person with them regardless if they had 10 members or 20 there was always at least 1 extra person that I believe shouldn't have been there. I hadn't reported this before as I have a good relationship with a few members of Cutlass OOC so instead of seeing more people banned I opted to warn them that if this didn't stop then it would eventually catch up to them via a report from either myself or another member of the community. As it seems to have not stopped I feel as though my hand has been forced as I feel this effects the server in a negative way.
