I was about to enter the server spawining in one of my houses, and curtis prior killed me in spawn island, me and other players including eldarkmagic which also has a screenshot of the action.
In the clip incident happens around minute 0.40.
The person who was glirch abusing or RMDing ppl in spawn island came to teamspeak and played for a fool saying nothing while we talked to him

This report has been reopened because two support members are claiming that you had resolved it with this player for compensation because it was an accident

I have testimony from both @Daanishand @TomTheDogethat this player was willing to pay for your items and you ignored his messages

Can you please clear up any issues with this?

 
I approached him more than once and he never said he was willing to pay for the compensation, he kept saying i cant get in the server because i reported him.

He never said, that in case he ever got the chance of playing he would pay the comp or anything like it.

And even when i showed him the video of him RDM or glitch abusing he said i didnt had clear evidence it was him doing it.

 
As I was tagged, here is what I believe happened.

I was speaking to @Eldarkmagicand @Curtis Priorin one of the staff help rooms after Curtis had killed eldarkmagic on spawn island. As we began discussions, another support member (@Shalloa) dragged in Frank saying that he too had been killed by Curtis. I then explained to Curtis how this was against the rules, which he understood, and advised the players to make comp requests. I think that at this time, Frank had already filed the report, but I was unaware of this fact. After Curtis had understood that he had done wrong, I was under the impression that all was gucci.

My only addition is that I am told that Curtis agreed that he would meet at Kavala general store in order to compensate anyone who was effected by this. He explained at the time that he clicked into the window while it was loading and it fired a number of shots which killed a number of people. He said it was a mistake and that he understood this was against the rules. Supposedly upon arriving, his further attempts to use the in game messaging to meet up were ignored and they did not arrive.

To quote you for a moment "played for a fool saying nothing while we talked to him" - This somewhat contradicts what you just said.

"I approached him more than once and he never said he was willing to pay for the compensation, he kept saying i cant get in the server because i reported him."

You imply he failed to resolve at all which is (by testimony of Daanish) false.

Yes he did say that he would meet by the general store however he never showed up saying im all ready banned I cant get in on TS . he did not message me in game

 
i said "i approached him more than once " meaning there were different ocasions I tried to resolve the situation, one he was trying to ignore us saying nothing and that he was unaware that was killing in spawn island and that is a bannable offence.

And a second time i talked with him just the 2 of us and in that ocasion he kept saying he wasnt able to get in the server and because of that he couldnt pay the comp. 

And to finish this and to be clear i never got neither an appology from him or any kind of compensation. I am on team speak and if he wants to resolve things he should approach me.

Also to mark it here, i never saw him again on TS after our second conversation, the only thing that comes to my mind is that he either stoped coming to TS to avoid talking to me or he change his name of Curtis Prior to something else, on either case is really sketchy.

Based on everything here the report and ban still stands and Curtis will need to finish his unban appeal.
