I and Diego were sitting in a car parked when three armed men approach and say this is a robbery and are telling us to get out of the car or shoot at the car. We try and get away and take many shots and dive behind a building for cover and try to stay alive. After a while I get shot and wounded and eventually an ally of us clyde shows up since Diego has asked for backup clyde arrives with only a handgun and tries to stretcher me to his car but accidently puts me in the wrong one. He starts lockpicking the car to try and get me out and then CreatorChris shots at him. Chris calls Diego into ts and speak with him for a bit, I'm not sure what's said, eventually Diego comes back to my channel and asks me to join too and that's where the video starts.

I spoke with Clyde afterwards and I've now also found out that according to Clyde he didn't shoot at anyone besides executing them after Diego had already killed/wounded them. At the time I'm speaking to Chris I wasn't even aware of this, I thought it was both Clyde and Diego that had shot at some of them but now I know that's not the case ethier, it was just Diego ( and me too before I died ). Ethier way, I defended what I thought Clyde had done ( Shoot back and kill Chris and his friends after being shot at ) cause I thought that was okay since he had been shot at by their group.

That's some of the background to my report and the evidence. I joined the channel because Diego asked me to come and Ryker is already speaking to Chris about what I think is the same situation where they had been shooting at each other in some way too however I'm not completely sure. Ethier way, when Ryker asks who I am I can already feel the bad attitude becuase the first thing Chris says about me when ryker asks who I am is: "He's a hobo, who stands next to a building with no cover behind him." I don't know why he's saying this in the first place, he shot me in the back when I was next to a building yes, but I'm not sure how it's relevant or what message he's trying to convey to me by saying this and calling me a hobo on teamspeak when I've joined the teamspeak cause they've called Diego in there to talk about the situation and diego in turn asked me to come as well. I wasn't too bothered about it at that time but I didn't appreciate it ethier.

The discussion about what has happend goes on and I'm saying my opinion of it and eventually says "Jesper you're being an idiot" which i think is totally uncalled for.

Chris says he wants to speak to Clyde, but hasn't directly contacted Clyde in anyway during this situation or after it ethier according to Clyde. I find that hard to understand why Chris wouldn't just contact the person he seems to have an issue with straight away. He says he wants him to come and to speak with him and threatens he will report him otherwise, the following quotes underneath are what he said.
"I will report him then and he gets banned"
"No I will report him, he ethier joins or I will report him"

I haven't been all too bothered about being called a hobo and an idiot in teamspeak at the time, things sometimes get heated and people say stuff they shouldn't, however I don't appreciate it at all. My main concern is that it's coming from a former admin, and according to Chris, a future admin. I wouldn't want a person with the attitude Chris showed during this conversation to handle a case I was involved in with the role of an admin.

My second concern is that Chris mentions he's been an admin recently and knows all the rules, been on the server for ages and says I've only been here 5 minutes and procceeds to threaten to report a player and get him banned when he hasn't even directly contact the player. ( Clyde Farrel )

Initialy I didn't plan on putting up a report, but after thinking about it and that it was a former admin, who says he will rejoin the admin team shortly, behaving like this and also breaking rules in my opinon. I decided to show the video to some friends who advised me to go ahead and put up the report. After considering all the circumstances I also feel like that is the right thing for me to do.

Rules I consider have been broken:

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban. (Calling me an idiot which is derogatory, which I believe falls under this rule.)

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

Okay i didn't think this would come to a report.

1. Rule 1.3 Yes i said "Your being an idiot" however this is not a swear word.

2. I didn't threaten to report in game, i only threatened to report was in Teamspeak when i spoke to your gang and asked for Clyde Farrell to come to the channel to resolve which diego informed me that he did not want to resolve hence why i mentioned reporting.

3. Me and diego already resolved this situation in the staff help 1.

If you had an issue with me saying "your being an idiot" you could of came and spoke to me.

It might not technically be a swear word however it's derogatory. If it doesn't fall under rule 1.3, surely it falls under this rule: 
(14.1) Common sense - This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from teamspeak.
I'd call it common sense not to go around calling people idiots and hobos on teamspeak. Evidently you don't seem to think so considering you don't seem one bit bothered about how you behaved or apologetic.

My interpration and the general consensus of the people I've talked to have all said that you're not allowed to threaten to report anyone, ingame, on the forums or on teamspeak. You argue the case that it's only forbidden on the server, if that's the case what's the point of having such a rule when you can just start throwing threats right and left on teamspeak instead then?

My interpretation of the rule is that you're not allowed to threaten to report anyone, on any media, ingame, ts or forums. It clearly says, "For example if someone has RDM'ed you discussing this on the server or saying "I' am going to report you" is not allowed." My interpretation of this sentence is that any kind of threat to report isn't allowed, it doesn't specify if it's on the server or not, just in general. It specifically says you're not allowed to discuss it on the server, but when the rule speaks of not being allowed to threaten to report it doesn't mention any specific media it's not allowed on. Therefore I draw the conclussion that it's not allowed anywhere and what would the point be having a rule that doesn't allow people to threaten to report someone ingame, when it's just as easy to do on ts for example.
The rule then procceeds to say, "Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only"", further indicating in how I interpret it that teamspeak and forums should only be used to discuss and to actually report someone, not to threaten to report someone.

 

3. Me and diego already resolved this situation in the staff help 1.

I saw no point in coming to speak to you again after you had the attitude you had towards me, just seconds after leaving the conversation in the first place. The reason I left the conversation in the first place was becuase of your behavior. Your response here has just further strengthened my initial assumption that talking to you would solve nothing. You evidently think your behavior was absolutely fine.

It's perfect that you and Diego solved your initial situation regarding ingame things. This report is about how you conducted yourself on teamspeak, not about any ingame situation. The situation you've solved with Diego has nothing to do with my report beside it being the background and reason to us being in the same teamspeak room to begin with.

Can you please explain the reasoning behind your perception of the word "Idiot" being in your words derogatory, typically we use that rule to talk about racial slangs, sexist remarks. Where does this scale on the matter?

To me the word idiot can have a varied meaning depending on who says it and in what context. If a close friend uses it in a context to make a comment for example about something foolish, in a funny way, one did but in a friendly manner it can be okay. If someone you don't know says it and directs it to me in most contextes I percieve it as offensive and insulting. The same goes for if someone compares me to an idiot especially if I don't know the person.

When a stranger uses it, in a context such as this, I percieve it as derogatory in the way that it is insulting/offensive/degrading. The word idiot when used in an offensive/insulting/degrading manner to me means a stupid person,  an intellectually behind person or intellectually disabled person.

Alrighty after reading through this and listening to the video so far this seems you have a grudge against Chris/hisgroup and this is purely a petty report to try and get other people in trouble and you have no response that would indicate in the video either that you found it offensive at all so quit this bullshit and don't be act like a child. Found a little snippet as well from a warning you have.
