We had reports of somebody getting held hostage, when we got the grid ref we seen a man with a MK18. We were being civil with man and were trying to reason with him. He then got into his car we warned him that we would have to engage on his tires if he was to drive off, he then got out of his car and walked around the other side of the house where he then said to me "Fuck off get away from me" and then shoots me.

@DCC Coozer I asked him to TS and I asked if he thought it was RDM and his response was no. I then tried to explain how I thought it was RDM and he still disagreed so I then felt like I wasn't getting anywhere so I took it further.
