So as you can see in the video I left my Hatchback in Kavala Greenzone, since I was lagging like shit (again you can see in the vid). I was able to see Corona heading over to my vehicle and hopping in it, I then proceeded to ask him to stop. He drove off, so I asked him to come back and return it in OOC chat. I got no response, so when I saw him in Kavala again I initiated on him since I gathered he had no intention to return the vehicle.
