Some officers got shot by rebels in aluminium proc. We went to help them. So i got surounded by 3 rebels and they were asking me to put my hands up.I put my hands up. They hancuffed my, took my weapon, vest left only clothes. Few second later one of PCSO's come's and initiates rebels, Then they start shooting each others.. And then I got shot.. They didn't said anything.. just shot me while I was with no gear + handcuffed and blindfolded...

Your pcso initiated on us and we were engaged in an active gunfight with police, and as far as I know you are a police officer, I also knew that they did not take your radio but I was not aware that they blindfolded you, from my perspective you could have been giving out tactical information over the radio.

I did not have to say anything to you as you were in the middle of the open in an active gunfight with your whitelisted faction where I could have been easily killed.

In future; the next time more than 3 armed rebels surround you, comply quicker because the whole situation would have been avoided if you valued your life better....

Actually I have just noticed that they have taken your radio and gps but you proceed to talk to them on ts and not mute your radio, please explain this?

Yeah, said 1word "rebels" before realising that my radio has been taken. Don't even know why I didn't mute myself. My bad. Eather way i've been blindfolded so I was not able to say any information .

As The pcso that did initiate i have to admit-he only Said rebels or something a long those lines. and no he didnt only "Bring me" We had adispatch about arobbery and armed rebels in that area. we were around 10 officers. so no i wasnt by myself. i was the one making sure to initate on you again. since hingsy didnt gave info out. after i initate since i was the closest police officer in the area;  we started fighting you. from what i can see; he shouldnt have been shot. i do thought understand completley that you might have got confused @Conza; since it did became an active fire fight. but @Hingsy was no threat to you or the others. since he was ziptied; and blindfolded. Please note that i was in the area the whole time and had clear visual about it all; Hingsy was notified before his coms were taken that i was in the area getting closer; so your point there in my eyes was false; he didnt gave ANY information to us what so ever. he proceded then to mute himself on teamspeak; so i think you just shot him since you guys Panic a bit when 3 of you got dropped almost instatly; thats all.

You said "your pcso initae on you" I am that PCSO so I just told you the part of the story from my side. also you said Hingsy should have complied faster. we were 10 police officers around the area. he did just fine by buying us time

@Conza, I find it very odd that you didn't know PC Hingsy had his GPS and radio taken off him, given that you were, at the time, right next to him taking his gun off him.

Also, PC hingsy is not involved in the gunfight, he is very clearly ziptied and is blindfolded, so is no threat in a gunfight.

I also don't quite believe why you think he was giving out tactical information (which if he had his radio removed, would be against the rules) because he is blindfolded and cannot see anything.

There are a couple of things here which dont add up from your defence, therefore I will be issuing you with a ban today.
