Please (in detail) describe the incident: As you can see in this clip, PJ and Ballas were all fighting police as they were raiding our turf at the time. The clip clearly shows there was no quality RP or even any at all from what I thought was a civilian at the time of being shot. Connor was not in any sort of identifiable uniform and didn't say a word before opening fire on myself. I believe this to be a clear rule break of the rule G1.2 (RDM).

The reason I didn't try resolve this is the increase of poor RP from cops just in general imho recently and I think this needs to be dealt with.

Hi PJ. I'll keep this simple for you. You're an armed criminal, acitiviely shooting at Police, on several occasions, with an Assault SMG. I am a Police Officer. I am going to shoot you. I am going to neutralise that threat, and I am not going to waste any time in doing so.

If I didn't shoot you, I would argue that would be me FailRPing, as I would be doing something so stupid and unexpected that it makes no sense within RP.

Terribly sorry that you didn't get to hear my gorgeous accent before I shot you, (which would have ruined the element of surprise) however the interaction was very comparable to the words you offered officers at the turf before you starting shooting them (zero, btw). People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

As per the 'not in police uniform'. Its not war rules mate, we don't need to be 'in colours'. If anything its an in-RP issue. I'm sure the Police Command team would be more than happy to hear about this within RP

Seems to me that you just aren't happy that you lost out due to your poor situational awareness, and so picked a rule number out of a hat and tried to make it work in a report.

Police started shooting first, with no words said. I retaliated. The fact that you think i care about losing a gun in that situation says it all for me I think. I wasn't salty at all losing this and I was role-playing with you and Fred after being shot, not just trying to respawn and not go to jail. 

The reason this report is up is because you weren't distinguishable until after you shot and killed me. You shot with no prior RP and I saw you before I went up the ladder as a regular civilian. IMHO things like this need to change and I'm sure staff will deal with this appropriately. I'm not accusing Connor of this next example but police just breach hostage situations and don't want to RP with hostage takers. They care for "winning" the situation regardless of casualties. I believe Connor in this moment didn't want to roleplay and thought only to benefit him and his experience. He got the win, which he is happy about. I just think the mentality needs to change, and I honestly think this is one of the worst interactions I have had in a long time on the server.

Hello all, apologies for the delay.

As we can see in this video, connor is in no way identifiable as a police officer, and given the meeting that we had with police command in which we laid out that if a police officer wants to be involved in an active shoot out, that they should be in some way identifiable, this unfortunatly does count as RDM. As such, Connor will be receiving a 1 day ban as a result of this. This is agreed by the majority of staff leads. 

Now wether this is down to connor ignoring the rules set in place by us and police command or if he was not properly informed by police command, that is yet to be seen, but it will be looked into further.
