i was made some meth so had full truck of meth so i was driving down a road and this guy was driving in towards me so i drove of the road and he crossed the road drove in to me on the side of the road i tried to contact but he didn't answer and a few minutes later left the server

To be honest it looks like an accident you both swerved off road attempting to avoid each other unfortunately this happens all to often not only in real life but in games.

After i died i went to My recording and checked what the name og the guy that took 5 minuttes then i contacted him in sidechat and he left the server 10 minuttes later

Plus if he dident try to hit me why would he go from the right side of the road to the left and then when i go further right he just continues to do what looks alot like vdm and then after the incident ignores my sidechat messages

You both seem to be trying to avoid each other in this situation, it happens.

I mean you are in the middle of no where both seemingly running some form of money making item.
