Me and my 5 friends were robbing someone at Aluminium processor and a guy called Cole ran up and RDM'ed my friend this was the first time. I then proceeded to kill 2 geared players in an active gunfight as they were advancing and trying to flank my other friends. we then proceed to defib them both and restrain them. After restraining the first person we went over to the second where the same person who was RDM'ed got RDM'ed again even though it had been more than 5 minutes before a shot was fired. After this incident the second man who we revived and restrained was released because the man who restrained him died and i was then shot immediately by the guy who should have been restrained. The same gang also managed to RDM a member of TBB Who was driving in a car.

Being the TBB member mentioned at the end i feel like i should comment on my side, yes i was rdmed whilst just driving my a car through which shouldn't of been even an "active gunfight" even if it was, there was no initiation how would they know im armed and apart of the fight (which wasn't even my intention i was just driving through and saw Tiaan holding the gun at me which then i was shot), the last video shows what happend. i can also upload my pov (but is the same as the bottom video) if needed. There was also a officer that came to the scene and was shot. However not knowing his name he may see this and comment his side. Also i called them to ts a decent amount of times, which they didnt respond to and did not try and resolve what they have done.

Right okay, where do i begin. I haven't seen so many rule breaks in one report like i have seen in this one in a very long time so i will start with the players that have been reported. 

From looking at ALL of the evidence i can agree that Cole did indeed RDM. Tiaan and Ruven from that point on were in an active gunfight so it wasn't RDM from their side as your gang and their gang were now in an active situation with each other. Everything after the initial RDM was fair game as you and them were now clearly in a situation (you shot at them..they shot at you) I understand the situation still shouldn't of happened but this is Cole's fault not theirs. As for the claim's of Ruven breaking NLR, i cant be sure that happened as the video's are cut. Do you have evidence of the restraints falling off/the revival etc..

Now let's start with your gang...

Firstly we have A 1 E X. I will quickly list the rules you broke.

1. (2.2 RDM) : You Literally gave NO time for the guy in the gillie driving the hatchback sport to comply before opening fire on his tyres. (Remember..you don't have to Kill someone for it to be RDM.)

2. Meta-gaming. Precisely the one's listed below.

     (4.2) - You key-chained the guy in the gillie to find out his name whilst robbing him.

     (4.5) - You checked the stat's page to find [IB] Rich had 70 mill in his bank and gave the information to your gang and suggested you should rob him.

3. (NewLifeRule). Precisely the one listed below.

    (5.4) - You were giving out A LOT of tactical information through discord whilst you were downed which of course break's this rule.

4. (2.8 - Threats to report) You said to him on a few occasions (IN VOICE) that he is going to get deported from the island, you should have just told him you were passing him a note, like you said to him multiple times and left it at that, then discussed everything in TS with him.

Also you currently have 2 other warnings on record stating you have been warned for RDM/low quality RP in the past.

You broke a few of the rules listed above multiple times too which isn't good for your case.

Next up, we have Ali. 

1. Exploiting.

  (2.4) - "Someone sort us a redgull quick..through the wall" Do you understand that this is 100% exploiting? How can you pass someone something through walls IRL? Now, nothing was actually given to you so i can't act upon this but just remember not to do that sort of stuff in future. 

   (1.8) - This goes hand in hand with the one above. You encouraged another member of your gang to break rule 2.4 by asking them to pass you stuff through walls, Please refrain from this sort of stuff.

Another thing i am really not happy with is the fact you called someone a "packie bastard". I understand this was in discord to your friends and not actually said in a malicious way but if you would have said anything like that on the server in TS or in-game you would with out a doubt be receiving a 1.2 perma ban. On this occasion, as it was said in discord to your friends in a non malicious way as banter. i am willing to let it slide with a very strong warning.

From what i can see in the video's i don't think Jordan or Lewis did anything wrong.

As for @DylanPrism you will have to make a separate report with your own evidence if you want to pursue that further as i cannot really tell what's happening with you from the video's listed above.

Anyone have anything else to add before i post my final decision? Perhaps some uncut footage of Ruven/Tiaan Breaking NLR because as it stand's i can't be sure they did without uncut video's showing what happened with all the restraining stuffyou were speaking about?

Sorry mate you have it a bit wrong my mic doesnt get recorded on shadow play for somereason so noting i said was recorded. This means it wasent me who said 'sort is a redbull through the wall' And also i apologise for the inconvenience but i have my shadow play set to 2mins and 30 seconds so the videos are not cut if they are less than 2 and a half mins then its because i recorded it less than 2 and a half mins ago.

Oh and also i apologise for the racism we joke around with it i didnt realise it was in there otherwise i would have censored it or something like that if it was my video but it was from Alex's POV

 
Also, i keychain the guy just to see what his name was just in case I don't find out his name and he does something bad but i respect that i shouldn't of done it and i am sorry 

Also, i am sorry for saying he will get deported I thought it was okay to say that because I have seen other people say that I am sorry like I said I love to play this server but I will take the consequences that happen to me.

 
To conclude this report i will be taking action on 3 players which consist of 2 bans and 1 warning. Please take your time to think about and improve upon the things you have done wrong whilst you're awaiting your unban appeals.
