I request a guy to put his hands up, he escapes into his friends truck. Fair enough.

But then both his friends start VDMing me and drive off. In the following chase (not included) my car gets disabled by the Tempest, and while im repairing it he comes back to finish me off via crashing into me.

Tried having a chat with them. Lee denies beeing a part of it, and Clark Kenyon couldn't be bothered, which leads me to believe they have no intention of changing their behaviour.
