We ANPRed his SUV and If I remember correctly he was wanted for 3 murders, we use the horn and then turn to sirens etc... we followed them for a few minutes and eventually he stopped by the house, as in the video. I can barely hear that he said 'leave the area leave the area now leave the area now', very quickly. I started getting out of the car and he said dont get out the car' so I ran behind mine to cover. He said 'fine then get out the car, get back in' before he finished talking he shot me down.

I think this is ridiculous, from just before he started talking to when I was shot about 7-8 seconds go by, bearing in mind I can barely hear what hes saying, and his words were ' leave the area leave the area now leave the area now'.

I asked about it and said it was a shit initiation (bit triggered) he said 'no I gave you plenty' or something like that. Not sure what he meant. He said to message him in ts if I want to talk about it, I said Okay, ts' I spent the next 10 minutes looking and waiting but got nothing. I went off as it was midnight and I had to be up for work at 6am. Still haven't seen him today.
Maybe a report will get his attention, but I didn't really want to have to report it. However I've been told to by numerous people.

just gona start it off by providing me point of view for that. 

My first comment is going to be yes, it wasn't the best RP in the world provided by myself but by you guys... i don't know where to start. I'll get around to this in a minute. I would definitely say that this is not bannable RP.

These officers were chasing us around the fields above kavala for around 15 minutes for little reasons, i'm not sure why they was but they obviously had their reasons. After talking to my friend in the car we started to get bored so we thought the safest and best idea was to pull up to a house where we can potentially get cover and tell the cops to leave the area, they did not leave the area so i told them to not get out the car, provided on my POV, there was a second maybe 2 for them to respond to this or to get straight back into the vehicle and leave. The officers had plenty of time to respond to the threat.

The time difference between the two POV's is quite a lot, as you can see on mine there's 1 maybe 2 seconds before they get out of the car after i told them not to but on their POV i told them as they was stepping out the car. I mean look at my video, i'm literally aiming at his face whilst saying that stuff.. :p 

Right, now onto their RP. I'm actually tempted to file a report on you two officers for such poor RP, you both stepped out of the vehicle without saying anything. You guys literally said nothing and in that time period you managed to die, if you guys had responded with "we're going to leave now" then i wouldn't of shot you but nope, you guys both had to get out of the car, both of you had to draw your weapons and had to get in cover. 

I don't know how you can expect a perfect RP situation to go down when you pull up next to a car after chasing them around for at least 15 minutes, you had enough time to notice that we was both wearing camouflaged gear hinting that we could be armed, plus i was wanted for 3 cases of murder which means the chances of me having a weapon is very high. You two did not think this through at all and put yourself in a bad situation where there was little chance and time for RP to occur. 

And a quick question to you fellows, i did say to you that you could call me into ts if you wanted to talk about the situation which you've clearly ignored and moved onto the highest escalation possible. Why did you ignore my request of wanting to talk it out if you thought of it so poorly? or do you just enjoy trying to get people banned? 

And just looking at 3/4 of all your posts on this forums that they are reports, i doubt you was advised to do this, i imagine you did it of your own back and probably the person you was with told you as well. 

just going to finish off the response by saying apologies for the not perfect RP but you two didn't help yourselves by putting yourselves in bad positions without communicating to me and my friend at all.

I've clearly said in my report that I'm not just trying to get you banned, I wanted this sorted. I didn't even want to report it, but since theres a fair few players names 'chris' and your ts name isnt the same, its not exactly easy. I thought the best way to get your attention would be like this, as I've been told by multiple others. I didn't say 'Okay we will leave now' as that wasn't our intention. You couldn't have heard us from inside the car, and I must have been out the car for MAYBE 5 seconds before I was shot, not a lot of time to say anything, especially considering we were trying to set up first. If you expect me to give you high qual RP within seconds of being told to leave before getting shot, theres something wrong there.

Also, if you're so bothered about hq rp all the time, why was your first instinct to get a gun and tell us to leave, before shooting us 7 seconds later?
Don't want this to turn sour, we all play for the same reason, and things happen sometimes. Just want it sorted.

Not sure, but I couldn't contact you through ts, and others also think a report is the way to go.

I've watched both videos provided and have made a decision.

The officers are chasing you for whatever reason (not that they need one under the server rules) and finally pull up to have a chat with you. You tell them not to step out of the car, then you say don't step out the car or you'll be shot but for whatever reason you lower the volume of your voice when you mention the fact you're going to shoot them, in the video provided from the police perspective you can't hear this at all. It is your responsibility to ensure they can hear what you're saying and unfortunately they didn't hear the part where you threatened them so they've hopped out to engage in some roleplay with you and you've opened fire before they can even say a word in response, your claims of them performing low quality roleplay are pretty scandalous. 

@Chris England you did a lot of finger pointing in your response as to the integrity of @PC Maindsyy which is really uncalled for, the attitude certainly unnecessary.

I'm getting the impression from what I've seen that the RP needs a lot of work and the attitude in dealing with disputes from your end needs sorting out, you were on the verge of threatening to report him in revenge for this report which is two different rules!

The offence itself is relatively minor but the way you've handled this report leaves a lot to be desired!
