I was stopping a truck (initiation is outside this video but is unimportant), and shooting at tires, so I stop in front of him and he drives over me, VDMing me in his escape clearly on purpose. So I'm reporting him for that.

I was making two reports at the time and decided the other didn't need to be posted after contacting helpers on the teamspeak. So I mistakenly thought I had ticked the truth whole truth and nothing but the truth box to say yes it is. It is all the truth. Obviously...

As for not resolving it, he wasn't on teamspeak and didn't really respond to side chat so I couldn't do much to talk to him about it.
