Please (in detail) describe the incident: There has been an ongoing beef for a long time between Hustler and Padrinos. This incident took place just after the storm padrinos has been involved in an active shootout with police over the arrest of two padrinos and the leader of the padrinos being shot. The storm hit which did not allow this situation to carry on. You then see in the footage attached evidence of Charles and Billy speaking OOC about the situations. This then leads into the clip after the storm, where Charles Reynolds shouts abuse at a padrino and allows Billy to sway his decision and then allows a member of a gang ziptie and escort and padrino away from the police officer. I feel that Charles Reynold's decisions were swayed as he also plays a character called "Carlos" who is a member of the Hustlers. I feel that these decisions were influenced by the fact he is part of the gang involved and used the information from OOC to sway his decision and then allows a known gang member take hostage of a civilian, who is holding a gun out in his hand and does nothing in regards to the Billy and then resumes his day like nothing ever happened.

Thats not even your video and at the end of the day its powergaming to use my own footage from my twitch stream to report me. So this would be classed as revenge report from your little padrino mate that got reported by billy stevens. Carlos isn't even in a gang so you're incorrect there too. You're using ooc evidence to report me. In my eyes this report is pathetic. Get your own clip next time 👍

Also would like to know how you found my in game character names when you've never met carlos or charles either. 

 
At the end of the day, should you be allowing a gang member who you are talking to in OOC to ziptie a civilian in a public location? If you was doing the right thing in my eyes you would have spoken to the member of public (padrino) and dealt with him yourself in regards to the shooting that happened before the storm. You allowed a member of a gang with a gun in his hands sway your decision as an officer and allowed the gang member to ziptie and take hostage the member of public (padrino). Is that what you would call good policing? 

I believe I have had an encouter with Charles previously when playing as my CIV (Mike Buttons). I'm also willing to speak in TS to resolve this situation as I wasn't sure on your TS or DIS to speak to you about this situation.

At the end of the day he had a firearm in his hand whilst i was sat on a pushbike. Billy is a known person in the server to kill police my life and your life was at risk.. Correct i should've acted on it more then what i done i don't disagree with that. I was talking on teamspeak when the server went down this wasn't whilst the server was up or whilst i was in game so what happens in game has absolutely nothing to do with outside of the game. I know billy through the hustlers and as Charles i hardly know billy as Carlos i do and through rp if you ask anyone in the city who knows Carlos if i just randomly met them and spoke to them like i knew them because they'd all say i introduced myself to them as if i had never met them before whenever i came across them in the city for the first time as Charles. I'd still like to point out this is a revenge report and if you have footage of it from your side then upload that as using my own twitch video to report me is powergaming. If youd like to sort this on teamspeak or try to them feel free to message me on that i will be in the police section. Failing that i will let a member of staff show their view on all of this. 

 
I understand you value your life and all that but you also had a gun on you? You could have called for back up and made the padrino wait to speak to him or even moved him to another location.  I just feel that there was more to it and it could have been dealt with and you was influenced by Billy into your decision making. If billy was a dangerous gang member you’d have left him and not been riding around on a Boris bike together or asked him to leave or called for back up and not allowed him to take the padrino and used more police authority. I can understand why you would call this a revenge report but that is not my intention with this report in anyway, this report is in regard to yourself and not billy himself otherwise did have reported billy not yourself. I’ll hop into TS after the football if your around to talk then to sort this out.

 
Further to add to this report, myself and Charles have spoken about the matter privately in TS on the situation and report and can both understand why both POV from the situation. It was nice to have an interaction with someone OOC and resolve the situation. For that matter i'd like to leave this report here and hope no further action is taken by the staff in regards to Charles. 

 
Please do not take any actions on this report as it is all resolved on TS now and as someone who loves playing here I know it is a pain to be banned even for 1 day.

We all can have fun together and Role-play , sometime things get a bit out of hand but it can happen.

All Padrinos agreed that we are happy to take this report down and happy after the OOC chat with Charles.
