What best describes this incident: NLR (returned to the same sit)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Not much to say really, she went down in the fight (clip attached), and was at the dodgy which was part of the same situation. We think she also returned to grove turf during the still active fight as well (just confirmed she did, clip will be added)

second grove with white hair also shown being killed, being downed and taken to pillbox, and returning to situation.


Theres probably more that returned but these are the ones we have full evidence of.

Hello, I'm the white hair + backpack in the last 2 clips if i'm being completely honest i think this report is a joke considering we waited longer than 15 minutes and all bodies were off turf and hadn't any combat for a good while before you pulled up, considering the rule with returning to fights is



  2. If you bleed out and respawn as a result of a fight You may not get involved with the dodgy doctor as a result of that fight If you are downed and revived You may get involved with the dodgy doctor as a result of that fight, if both the following are true;
    • Combat is not ongoing from the situation that led you to be downed at the dodgy doctor location (there needs to have been a clear break in combat)
    • 15 minutes have passed as per NLR I don't believe any rule was broken here

I fail to see how you see yourself returning to grove street as not returning to the same fight? Your fellow gang members were still circling and there had been shots probably not even 5 minutes prior. Your gang clearly believed the fight was still ongoing.

Hello mate,

There wasn't any shots for around 20 mins before we came back (The last shots wasn't even on grove it was the alleyway at forum drive leading to bins) a grove member has the video proof of this but it will be too long to upload. The last interaction Grove had from u guys was down in a alleyway not too far from bins. Moving onto the returning to the same fight allegation, Me personally i would consider it as a new situation considering how long there was no combat for.

I was the person that was 2nd alive on your turf, the final shot was not on forum drive on a person in a black neo that was driving next to grove gas station. I then went and swapped local's to the one you can see in the clip posted and circled round when I seen the 4-5 grove cars pull back up I would say from you leaving pillbox there was probably a 7-8 minute gap of no PVP action as I went to the pharmacy on the beach healed and ate food then swapped guns to return back to the fight there was also another hustler member still on your turf gathering bodies I was the only one that left your turf for any amount of time.

Appreciate the reply but as you can see in the clip you clearly returned to a ongoing fight breaking NLR so did Chardonnay

7-8 minutes is a clear break from combat in my opinion, me and Chard both had waited for more than 15 minutes as we waited a while at pillbox then went to a container which took about 10 minutes as i was in my head and was the driver we then returned to grove as the information we got gave was there was no hustlers about as there was no gang clothing wore by anyone left from your side we aren't mind readers after all.

Would also like to add considering the combat had stopped for almost 10 minutes and you just drove and shot one of our members i would class that as RDM.

I don’t understand how you have jumped to RDM as I wasn’t the last one there like I said there was another member of hustlers still gathering intel on you getting your boys and scooping ours he must of been killed as I came back from the beach as radio went quiet. This wasn’t long after I shot your member maybe 3-4 minutes if you have a clip it would help a lot to resolve the issue at hand. You shouldn’t have returned to grove street regardless as the black Neo would have gone on radio and said he was just shot at in hustler colours or not he had just received fire from a local hence the fight still ongoing.

Edit- I won’t be commenting any further I’ll be letting staff make the decision

ok, lets clear this up a little because its pretty messy.

Jim Runner was incapacitated at 01:45:25
Joshua Rayner was incapacitated at 02:11:59

Time difference of 0:26:34

What exactly is going on in between these times, to indicate an ongoing fight on grove turf? Because 26 minutes is a reasonable amount of "peace time" to assume the fights over.

During this time we was gather are bodies whilst still keeping eyes on grove they was doing the same thing, During this time frame there was shots fired I don't know if there was contact with the other player at the time but there was a black neo driving up and down grove street which was shot at a couple times which proved hustlers was still in the area. I had time to go change local around ballas clothing shop coming back I circled around for a little while (2 Minutes Ish as you see from the clip me driving around in a different local) which at 1.14 mins into the clip you can clearly see the grove returning from whatever they was doing during the time we was still circling there turf waiting for a opportunity to strike seeing these cars I assumed they was going to turn right towards me but instead returned onto grove street to which I assume to either scoop more bodies or help the black neo that was alone whilst one more person was on mega. There was also a interaction at lower pillbox between myself and a black local jester which I shot at as well he then followed me towards vagos bridge before I assume returning back to his boy that was still fighting another hustler on his turf

I cant comment for Jim runner or Joshua Rayner as I don't know them too well so my apologies on that but there was shots fired in-between those time frames from myself

So the issue is, there is substantial time passed between confirmed kills. And no clips to show that the situation has continued between time A and time B. Meaning that from the reports perspective, we have to assume that the fighting has subsided. Which means they were in fact not breaking nlr on return.

I’ll go ahead and conclude the report tomorrow most likely. However, if anyone has additional evidence to contribute to this report, do so asap so it can be reviewed.
 
Ok, well I feel I've given enough time for additional footage to be provided.

As there is a 26 minute gap between hostilities, and no additional footage to prove that it was still on going. I will be declining the report.

Footage of situations is keey to making sure reports are dealt with correctly. If you can, try to record in the future.
