Hello, so me and my 4 friends went to the outpost to get some shopping done we saw no one so we proceeded to land. We geared up and got ready to leave (we were only there for about 5mins) When we were about to leave this one guy approached the heli at a distance from behind mumbling random words and very hard to hear(note his gun is pointing down, I was the pilot and i always fly in 1st person so i had no chance of seeing him) so we flew off thinking he meant no harm to us. When we got into the air we instantly got shot and two of my friends got killed and afterwards the heli was disabled(i spoke to an admin to clarifiy the rules about rdm and he said that if one was to shoot someone down from a helicopter that he had to inform the deceased that it was an accident but he has not done such a thing). I have tried to resolve this and speak to him on ts but he refuses to talk to me and he even implied that he had done nothing and didnt know what i was talking about when i later messaged him out of roleplay. Dont mind the random swedish chatter in the background as it was my friend who recorded it and he couldnt clear out the swedish chatter.

i know that my friends shoot you guys but i didnt shoot anyone and i tought you guys could hear me when you guys was taking off, but you must have heard me because you said you where getting robbed on the video.

Look if you guys want to talk about this on ts just reply to this thread and i check whitch room you guys are in OK?

they tried to talk with me and ts but i had enough of them so i told them that i dont have time for this. at 3:48 you can hear malting saying stop the choppah.  2 seconds later one of them are screaming : DUDE Were being robbed. he also say kjør kjør kjør wich is a sweetish word for drive drive drive. they heard that they were being talked too. so me and gigkabe shot them down while they were trying to drive away.

Hello, firstly I would like to point at that we weren't sure who shot and who walked up to us that's why we had to put all the names we had on there. At no point in the video did we say we were getting robbed, the guy screamed go go go since when someone walks up with a gun, even when holstered we will react defensively and try to get out of the situation. Also us leaving does not give the right to shoot players out of a moving helicopter and as clearly stated, you should've mentioned that it was a mistake if it actually was. As you can clearly hear in the video, atleast I couldn't hear anything of what you were saying.

Again, regarding the "us saying we're getting robbed" thing. If you would like to, go get some sort of middle man which can translate Swedish and I can assure you he will say the same thing as me, we. never. said. we. were. getting. robbed. The only thing we said was and I quote: "Go, no, what is he doing, go go go", and after that It's just a lot of go's.

Also you saying that you couldn't be bothered to discuss this right now literally tells us: "take this to the forums". 

And last but not least, we did try to resolve this through both TS and out of character ingame message. We got no response when trying to talk to you guys, one of ours even respawned close to the base and ran up to you but got completely ignored. I feel like the way you treated our attempt to resolve the matter was with complete and utter disrespect and didn't seem like you knew what we would post on the forums.

I will say that you gentleman seemed quite aware there was a gentleman there and you seemed to understand that he was robbing you, I find the reporter at fault for not complying with their demands.

This report is denied, it seems to be a report used in a way to get compensation for the gear he lost as it was a large amount and however much I have empathy for him, he should have complied with the reported person's demands.
