Autumn and myself were chasing this guy in order to talk to him, he spoke once in 5 minutes. The video speaks for itself at some point he got annoyed that we were chasing him and decided to shoot us without any kind of initiation.

I tried to get him to TS but using direct chat but he didn't answer I then sent a message to him (ingame phone) and he asked me for the IP of the TS server but when I was going to reply he had disconnected already. Today when I logged on the server he was not on as so I was not able to reach him.

Ok then, did not seem to be any threat from him at all and not really from you so him killing you was not justified at all, especially with no words.
