crashed my plane at airport , a random chap stretchered me into his helicopter , then as he started flying toward nearest hospital , he noticed another downed guy and picked him up too . he immedietely told the pilot medics were at kavala , and that he had 75% blood , which i found a little cringey tbh ... we proceeded to fly toward kav hospital and as we arrive the guy starts landing in the middle of the hospital carpark , as soon as i realise i tell him not to land here ..repeatedly , and i am repeeatedly over ruled by 'Call me Kevin' whos shouts land,land,land... and as he touches down says probably shouldnt have landed here tbh ... throughout the experience 'Call me Kevin' identified himself as CI Dan Snow , and said he lands there all the time and you cant win anyway cus police say one thing and medics another or words to that effect . its clearly a breach of
"(1.8) Forcing or encouraging another member of the community to break a rule is punishable by a ban."
and honestly its clear at least to me that he was only interested in messing about and isnt intent on maintaining rp to any meaningful extent.

u have taken what i said to literal bud as i came from ageos where i was talking to a medic and a cop SGT Oliver the medic told me he is off to kavala i went to the airport where i crashed the helpful guy put me in the copper and asked how i was feeling on blood i said im feeling about 70-75% and as for the landing at the hospital i see a lot of people dropping others off there then leaving

this seems really petty to me u say about my RP at least i was talking to the guy that saved us unlike u that was just chatting to his friends on TS. and again i see people landing at the hospital everyday to drop people off he didn't hang around he didnt keep it sprawled up there was no one there to disturb so again i see no problem with what the pilot did. at the end of the day it was fun RP with the pilot all around the map that u decided not to join in on just wanted to talk with your friends on TS

i was speaking to him up until he picked you up , and although i had ts in the background i barely spoke (irrellevent anyway) as i was listening to you to see what you woud say next .

i would hope as a ci you would know its against the rules and you clearly did , but chose to goad him into it anyway .

you say it was fun rp but for me it was crude and didnt make sense , im unsure if you were undercover or on as a rebel but if you were undercover you made no effort to hide your identity and use your position to get preferential treatment .

if you were on as a rebel i find it even stranger that you would identify yourself in such a crude and desperate way ... but we digress , you encouraged another player ...most likely someone relatively new to the server to break a server rule that to my knowledge is a rather strict rule ... this at the very least in my opinion is not a good thing for the community. i chose not to speak to you in ts because your attitude in game and your reading my ooc message aloud gave me the indication that i would not be taken seriously .

did i force him he was doing it anyway did i have a gun to his head did i tell him to do it or ill kill him no because i dont carry a gun RP is crude at best with a gun talking your way into or out of things is more fun that shooting your way out.

As for how i play i wasn't undercover and wasn't a rebel i was a civ i find people have a chat have a mess about then we move on 

u didnt like my RP so u report me for that the medics fine with it the pilot fine with it the 60 odd people i have talked to fine with my crazy RP but because u the 1 person out of 130 people didnt like it u jump right to report this just seems like your out to get me as its a very petty report

im not clinging on to anything , im not some crazy person , i merely reported a simple rule break , and of course you didnt 'force' him to land there but you encouraged it , theres not really much point in attempting to rubbish my report as an attack on your roleplay when its clearly a black and white report for encouraging the breach of a rule.

i was the one picking you two up btw  

I read the rule and it states aviation as in flying=hovering thats how i understood it.

Also i've seen people land in the greenzone (garrage hospital) several times.

I assumed as i was carrying two wounded individuals i could land my fault was that i should have moved my chopper right away.

I can confirm daniel snows story that i asked "how he is feeling on blood" as in he is a leaking bag of blood. 

Daniel made a good show and i considered it fun and entertaining to haveing him around, notstrix you where pretty much quiet the whole time got a few words from you in the start but nothing amazing but you could have been at bit more active. You might have had a bad day or tired so i did not mind you being quiet.

When it comes to maintaining RP i've seen police walk into gasstations thats being robbed and basicly prancing around.

People shooting out police tires right infront of them without any arrests being made on the spot.  got the footage too 

So yeah sometimes people dont play full RP here but in daniel snows case he has been here for over 2 years, we're all human and we make mistakes sometimes, just a shame that we result into reporting over minor things.

While I don't feel your intentions in this action were malicious, or that you were intended to breach 1.8 non the less, from the evidence provided you have indeed done so.
