My friends at rebel outpost were being shot at from somewhere on a hill so I come over to help spot, I was in my mh-9 and whilst I couldn't find anything we had a taru come and thermal for heat signals, after spotting 2 heat signals running from the area (just outside the red circle), back towards pyrgos I go to land on them and initiate on them as they are out of the zone, I fly ahead of both of them and try to quick land. My SLG was already orange so when I landed I blew up but I thought I was landing soft enough but i'm afraid not. Then when I crashed these 2 came over to me and it is when I hit record, I thought I was already recording prior, I guess not but then I get executed with no rp and no valid reason to actually kill me. Therefore they broke the rule, (7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Tried to talk it out in teamspeak but he did not want to resolve the situation, unfortunately leading to this.

are u sure about that i came in ts and u were being the most toxic player ever so i left and u were denying the fact that u tried to vdm us and its just a coincidence that u starter recording just after u crashed.... fail rp goes to u  

And there was a bit of roleplay if u watch the video and do u get exited when reporting people cause u do it soooo often ?

We did try to resolve this, @Grizzly Bear was even in the channel when we were trying, he isn't involved but he is a witness to this. Also, this is my first player report, if you think I was being toxic then please upload footage of me being, "toxic". I told you and your friend to leave my gangs lobby as you were saying you did not want to resolve it, so please, do not lie on a player report because you clearly told me you will not compensate me for my gear after you executed me with no high quality rp. You also had no reasoning to execute me, yeah I may have accidentally crashed my heli in front of you guys but that isn't a reason to execute and even if it was, there was still no rp.

Right since reviewing the evidence I have a few points

First off the video is not long and doesn't show the full extent of the situation, as the recording only start's after you've crashed and it's unknown if you were inside the redzone and had been fired upon. 

Second point they did RP with yourself, it wasn't Oscar winning but wasn't a rule break. Could have been RP'ed more and some more dialog but I would allow it.

Third point is towards yourself @DillyDon I would suggest in future you take these report's a little more seriously as right now you don't seem like you care, which for me seem's like I may see your name back on here again soon.

But overall I see no outright rule breaks, some improvement's yes but I will only issue a warning to @DillyDon to improve his RP.
