PCSO Buidurd ran into a hostage situation as shown in the video (failing rp) runs past the hostage and points a gun at the robber [BW] Konstantinos. Konstantinos then shoots the police becuase they have failed rp causing the pcso to turn and shoot me. Buidurd has claimed that we failed to initaiate fully even though it is clear in the video we say we have a hostage multiple times. Another Claim was that the Konstantinos opend fire first and it was his fault. This as seen in the screenshots is false as it is the pcso fault for failing to roleplay. His response to this was that it was our fualt and he was just a firendly / peacful negotiator which as seen in the screenshots is also false as he is clearly pointing a gun at Konstantinos.

Sorry for the late response. I haven’t been able to respond, due to my forum restriction the past week.

 

When talking to you in team speak, you only seemed to be angry of the fact that you had lost your equipment, and started asking for comp already from the start. I asked you to state the rule that i had broken, which you responded with that you had a hostage & failed to mention any rule. As you can see in the video, Armed response arrives in their Taru. They drop a few people off, which surround the building, where i arrive in the NPAS MH-9. I did not know that you had a hostage inside, as they couldn’t have communicated that fast to all units.
When i arrive at the front door, i can not see anybody, as you are hiding behind the counter of the shop & the hobo has no zipties on. This could’ve been a false alarm or in this case where you hid. I come in to speak to you, where you straight up tell me to put my hands up or i’ll be shot.

 

In my opinion this is really poor from your behalf as your first encounter with the police is: I have hostage, leave or you’re dead” & “Hands up” and then you start shooting almost immediately
I would say this is under the rule of:

 

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high role-play, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

 

Also i would like to mention, that you and your mate set up a gas station robbery with big illegal firearms. Which in this case, looks like with the intention of a gunfight, as you initiate on the police with lethal force, as soon as they arrive.

(3.7) Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not role-play. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc.

 

 

Really surprised this report was made actually, as of the fact of how you decided to try and resolve it. You swore at me multiple times, your attitude was really poor & including that you told me “Fuck you, i’m reporting you” (Video down below) & you have been bugging me on team speak and even in-game, going // out of role-play just to mention something about the report.

 

It is a bit petty to report me, for such a scenario, where no actual rules have been broken from my behalf. I won’t be responding again, and i’ll let the admin decide what to do with the report.

Bit too bold saying he's been mean to you don't you think? I mean considering how extremely angry you were and not willing to talk it through teamspeak? I explicitly remember you being so angry and "annoyed" in that channel that you left early not willing to listen fully to what Mike had to say.

About you claiming we re "just there for the gunfight" and me trying to "RDM" 

Mate , do you know what a strategic set up is? What do you think we should've done? Just cranked all 3 people in a corner and stay there? Also , the roleplay from my part was fine. I was shouting with full strength about how its a hostage situation and if you walk in we'll kill him. It is not our fault that you were too trigger happy and too anxious to get into the action before listening to your superior who told us in the teamspeak I quote "The guy is still a PCSO , he fucked up and I told him off after the shootout for doing that". So its pretty clear you're in the wrong here bud. The hostage DID have zipties on him , otherwise we wouldn't have been able to drag him there and running past him like that was a completely inaccurate form of real life roleplay as no police unit would react this carelessly to such a situation. 

Any person in their right mind would see what's wrong with this picture. You ran in a place where a robbery was in progress , past a hostage straight from your helicopter risking his life and that of your fellow officers. You claim you didn't even know what was going on until you walked in. How is that our fault? Why straight up run in there while being just a PCSO? Why not wait for orders from your superiors and let THEM handle the negotiation and talking like a REAL police officer would do. This is not proper roleplay my friend.

First off I would like to point at that you keep Repeating he is just a PCSO. He is a learning officer and learning officers make mistakes if you want to complain about a police officer you can do this in the following:

The police responded to a situation gas station robbery or hostage I'm not sure but there was at least 7+ police in there trying to take control of the situation.
From the video it did not look like the hostage had any zipties on him which he could have but visually they are not sure about it. The police tried to secure the hostage which they are allowed to do. You threatened there life's by saying leave or die. You did not mention anything about people being setup around the gas station which probably made the police think you were on your own.
Also I don't know what the exact initiation was that has been used but hands up or you will be shot is a classic no go.
From a staff point off view I can do no other then decline the report.
Also I would like you to be less reckless trying to resolve situations. It seemed to me you only wanted compensation for your lost gear and even tho you might feel you are in the right does not mean you are.
