Please (in detail) describe the incident: Bobby was taken hostage by Grove street and was being searched and time we have been having ongoing situations with Vagos for most of the week and as Bobby is the leader of Vagos we decide to take him, hostage, as he refused to pay the money that was demanded by Grove When he was being searched he decided to start punching members of Grove street while having multiple guns aimed at him and then was shot dead for doing so this was clear he was not caring about his life at the moment and he wanted to get the RP over and done with.

It’s a shame to see this report go up as we previously discussed with members of Grove in TeamSpeak moving forwards we were going to refrain from reporting each other as this war progressed as witnessed and agreed with Staff including @merek 

Regarding this situation I’d would ask that you provide the full scenario as quite a lot of conversation happened previous to removing my zip ties. As the days have gone by the routine of being kidnapped, driven to a location shot and dumped has got quite boring so I decided to approach this one slightly differently. I repeatedly played on the Mexican gang history of Vagos while you were all talking smack waving your guns around stating that your guns don’t scare me I see guns everyday. While you were mocking me I constantly stated to let me out of zip ties and fight me like a man. I said if they were removed I’d smack you up which I followed through with. This is evident by the comment in your clip that egged me on saying “not such a big man now”.
I’m sure you can all admit the countless times I have been taken and dumped the last few times I have fully complied and not once done anything other than put my hands up drop my stuff and be dumped. 
This clip does portray the incident in a bad light as it makes me look like any other random who does not comply and just starts punching for no reason however this was not fully the case. 
If I mis judged your reading of the situation and you felt that I ruined the scenario then I apologise however this was not my intention. Like I said I decided to switch up my approach to being constantly dumped as Vagos in general have been trying very hard recently to provided varied and enjoyable RP for all. I was clearly out numbered and clearly you had guns however I would still have complied again had you tried to re gain control of the situation.

If this is true that other Grove have spoke to you about this on TS and its been sorted I am willing to remove this report once I've got it confirmed.

After reviewing the video provided I have come to the following conclusion.

@BobbyWinkin the video it is very clear that your life is at risk and one wrong move may end it. Personally it does not make sense to then start hitting the people around you.
For that reason you will be given a 1 day ban (first offence) for not valuing your life when so clearly at risk (G2.4).
You are also expected to know better considering you have been trusted to be a community leader for your role in Vagos.

Also for @MeMakeSoupplease try and resolve the issue with the person in question before going to the forums and filing a report. It is always good to get the story from the other side.
