Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ever since I put in a player report against bobby smith last year he has done nothing but troll me since on the forum and other sites. I believe his current ban is when he combat logged after my RP with him so I believe there is a level of revenge trying to happen. He has since downvoted posts of mine, commenting Minus 1 and then ignoring admins asking him for his reason why. he has not entered my twitch chat with threats to downvote things further and also spamming free bobby smith. This is taking RP out of the game and this needs to stop.

Minus him following people all he has done since being banned is interact with my post.

Good evening, Since @Bobby Smithis unable to post on the forums currently he has come to the staff team to make a post on his behalf. This will be for the reporter and the staff member dealing with the report to look over ect. 

Hello Vegan Vlad! I just got informed by some other people that you have reported me. Although I understand your frustration, I find many things in this report untrue and false. The list follows:

He has since downvoted posts of mine, commenting Minus 1 and then ignoring admins asking him for his reason why.
I did down-vote your post because I personally didn't like it, based on the fact that I think it's many other big companies in the city that doesn't have their own building. In my opinion I feel like it wouldn't be fair for a business with 3 people to get their own building, referring to other big businesses like Oresome Industries that doesn't even have their own place.
About the ignoring admins part; I did not see the admins response in time before I got banned. I have been co-owner of a CSGO- server, where it was the same website layout and where it was alright to just -1 something they didn't like without an explanation. At the same time I should have considered this being a complete different server with different rules on the forums.

This is another false accusation. I don't know if it's you making people say it, so you can use it to get me banned or if it's just some people that like to mess around with you. I do not own a twitch account, because im never on Twitch. Fair play to you for assuming its me, but don't go straight to saying it's me, when its not.

I wont say much in response to this because I don't want to argue with someone who cannot comment fully but I think this response is just one big attempt to sway from the fact this report has been made.

The thing that stands out the most is how this is written. looking at his previous report responses and such this is not typical talking for you bobby this seems like massive effort to divert from what you have been doing. 

I find it interesting that you "Missed" the admins comment when its clear you have actively viewed the post on more that one occasion to react to things and such. I find it hard to believe you missed this. 

With the way you have acted on here to me and with my stream running for many hours there was no way I orchestrated the messages on my twitch and I banned the people immediately. I cannot prove it was you but it heavily lines up with everything else. You don't live in my head nor do I think of you so planning of a bunch of trolls to turn up 3 hours into a stream to target you would not being someone I would do or wanted to waste my time with. 

You are known to many in the game for how you act and this spilling over to the forums would not surprise anyone. I just want you to back off and separate RP for IRL because I believe you have clearly merged the two. 

Looking back at streams chat I was informed on this in the chat.

Is this something admins can check to see if this is true? Wouldn't line up well with his current response would it .

Oh cheeky update to this report. During the time I was spammed on twitch by these trolls one of them saw my steam name and commented this on my profile 

by going on this account and looking at his friend list.

AndreYaBoi is seen on his friendlist. 

Same profile picture and Country as bobby smith. oh and runs a Csgo server like he has claimed too aswell??  Would you like to admit it now this is all you yet bobby?? 

because when you find this gentleman on discord look who comes up on mutual servers?

I'll post a small comment from myself here, Have you both tried to talk to each other so you can have your points across? You are able to do this should you wish and the staff team would be happy to sit in should it be needed.

This is very inaccurate, I saw your report and much of what I saw was false information and defamation of character. Already cleared out every single thing in your report, so I believe I don't need to repeat my self again.

Yes, I believe that you are talking about the first report you made about me. At the time I was writing my response, I was influenced by alcohol. This is of course very unprofessional and wrong on my part!

I do not sit on my computer all day. I do not dedicate my life to RP. I was not aware at the time that an admin had responded to my comment. At this period of time I was also banned from server, therefore I see no reason for me to be active on the forums.

In case you missed it, I said in my first reply that I have no Twitch account currently, neither was I on your stream at this period of time. I don't think I have acted weird to you on the forums, I already explained me saying -1 on your post as well as not responding to the admins response.

This is also false information, im very positive to the fact that staff can check the logs for the website.

Yes, im sure mate. It's just when people give out false information about me, I usually react. I don't like seeing my name being put in dirt for something im not guilty of.

I don't see how this is relevant to me at all. This is one of my friends which has also played on the server. Obviously AndreYaBoi is my steam account, its linked to my discord and I also have the discord linked on my steam. I don't see how you turn this on me? By the looks of it, it looks like you're trying to do anything to get me banned, by linking the people that did it to me.
Most of my friends are aware of my character Bobby Smith and its history. When someone on the server had informed me that you were writing a report on me, one of my friends decided to take his time and comment on your profile. I was completely unaware of this until now. I do not condone this type of behavior towards anyone and I think it was some unnecessary comments made by my friend.

By the way you are writing this report, im not even sure if you're taking it serious. The way you been writing this report, it has not been very formal or professional in my opinion.

Hello, normally I would like to liaison but In this case I wouldn't want to with this gentleman.

Let's break down some things. Firstly you have stated

this is false. in the screenshots I have provided of the person's friend list you can see a another account that's username lines up with one of the twitch accounts that messaged my stream. This person is friends with you aswell I believe meaning a group of your friends "randomly" decided to harass me weeks after your ban. Also the comment of minus 1 meaning they are aware of your previous actions. Sorry I simply do not believe you wasn't involved with this. 

next you say this

during another post of mine on the forum's regarding my twitch team application you once again reply "-1" making your only other reply on the forums since being banned another negative reaction to me. This has since been removed by yourself or staff but just seems odd most of your activity on the site is against myself. 

I will leave the rest to admins to see there decision because I can see this dragging. but I will say this too you Bobby. I don't actually care if you get banned or not, genuinely. like I said before you don't cross my mind but when you do pop up on here or in RP it's never a positive experience for anyone. I just want to be able to enjoy RPUK without someone spoiling for everyone else and for myself you and your friends actions are.

Again Vlad, is this me commenting or saying anything on your stream? No. If you have such a problem with them going on your stream and commenting on your steam you should go on and report them instead. They are known on the server as well. Don't see why im the one getting reported for something im not in control of or responsible for.

Same goes to you Vlad. Everytime I have met you in RP you have been talking smack towards me or on my name. You haven't been making my RP experience on the server positive... 

I think the staff should give their thoughts and opinions from now on, don't see this report going any further.

But thanks for making the report, I understand that you just want to keep the community clean for people like my friends! and I totally agree! But this time I had no part in any of this.

Let us be honest @Bobby Smith, You're a low-level troll characterized by shit posting and being a general nuisance.
Looking at your messages in discord and posts on the forums makes me wonder if you've familiarized yourself with the community guidelines and rules or if you're trying to see how close to the edge you can go...

So i'll do you a favor and draw it here.

Both of you, Start acting like adults and this petty trolling from your end @Bobby Smithstops. Don't comment on each other's threads unless you actually have a proper response.
