Please (in detail) describe the incident: I am a Triad fighting in the Hustlers v Triads war. In the Fight I downed Billy Stevens and I am taking him to a location to dump him so he loses his weapons at the Pier.
A part of the agreed war rules is you have to be in full gang colours to be involved at all, to give people the chance to sit out if they want to. In this clip you can see
I am in full colours and so is Billy. In the clip you see me dumping Billy Stevens in the water and what I believe to be a random person comes over, so I ask him a
question of "You Good Bro" to find out who he is, not expecting him to be a Hustler as he's not in the puffer jacket and I wasn't aware at all that I was followed since I had
already been at the pier for 5-10 minutes at this stage. Because he is out of colours he is not involved in the fight that took place before hand at all due to our war rules
and the fact he wasn't around for the fight previously anyway. He then pulls a gun and shoots me in the head saying "fuck the Triads".
I understand war rules are not server rules, so by rights he can approach me, hold me up and take Billy, however the way he did it in this instance, in my opinion,
is terrible roleplay and not a good enough initiation, he had no grounds to shoot me there after a simple 'Fuck the Triads.' which to me makes this RDM.
