Please (in detail) describe the incident: i logged on for the first time after being unbanned, i just got dressed and drove round the city to see what was going on after being away for sometime. Then got randomly shot after driving out of strawberry gas

Really ? Your gang members killed one of my gang members (yous were all out of colors except one) there about 2 minutes prior ? and you are there out of colours like he called out before he got grabbed like what do you expect me to ?
The context is we were chasing a blacked out car which later spins around and rams Erik of the bike.
I got a call on radio that the same car erik was following was ramming him in strawberry gas.
Your own video you see me in the green bike changing out of colours where i went to get the BF400 from turf and go straight to strawberry from the call given on radio.
 

 
This was about 2 minutes before while i went to get a shotgun and changed bike to go there and deal with you to find the member you kidnapped.
And suprise suprise i was right and you were a vagos member out of colours.

I just followed the comms and went to the location to where i found you out of colours and since you guys were and have sometimes been fighting out of colours i did the same and took my top off to balance it out.
Also find it extremely weird that your clip is muted half way hmmmmm and also the fact that yous were fighting us but had no group freq set i mean yes you could have told each other go on this freq but its extremely odd.
There is no way in hell that you were completely unaware of the ongoing situation where you guys shot Erik even if you were thats not my fault. And to add onto that your gang shot me while i was on that same bike like 2 seconds before like crazy. Why  do you think i even called out that "you think you killed one of my boys without me knowing" like i said.
Out of curisosity why didn't you try and liase with me ? It seems like everything is ok when we all go to liasion but no one seems to wanna speak to us or solve anything while when the reverse has happened we have always tried solving it.
Regardless this can all be checked in logs as its not even a long time frame between Erik getting killed by one of your members and me killing one of you so thats the most i can say (Name of the person vagos killed is Erik Ragnarok if staff wanna check logs of him being killed by a vagos member probably like 3 or 4 mins before).

Maybe because we saw 2 blacked out cars with people blacked out circling after you shot me which we assumed were vagos from the beggining hence why we chased them, and if you dont remember when you shot me from your bike i thought you were out of colours originally which i even mentioned to you in discord when we went to talk about the RVDM on Erik.

You admitted to me your were vagos in RP after i shot you ? Bringing up saying you are not in gang but also saying you are in gang in game is really confusing and again i just think it was a wrong time, wrong place, wrong outfit, wrong car, wrong gang and the call from one of my gang members that seemed to all match into place.

That was my mistake i forgot in the moment that i had been kicked due to being banned i can confirm that i am not vagos hence why i dident have the freq even if i was Vagos that wouldve been RDM anyways

I have 2 reasons i didn't upload the whole thing:

First -> Went to my container, so i cut my recording there.

Second -> These 2 clips is basically the only thing that could realistically help me in this case, so those are the only ones I have, the only way to get a different POV from this would be Erik who i don't know if he has a recording of his situation or not.

Like i said in my previous comments i was half involved, half not involved in the situation, I was the first to be shot and then we looked for the bike that shot me (which at the time i assumed was blacked out but was wearing the black vagos vest which i didn't see at the time) and found the 2 blacked out cars circling so we changed focus because we assumed those were also vagos and at that point the rest is basically on my that i showed clips where Erik follows the car and i go get a gun and then i hear Erik saying he was getting rammed at strawberry and see the black car in the same location within a very small timeframe of me getting there. Obviously now  i know OOC it wasn't that exact vagos member that rammed Erik but like i said wrong time, wrong place, wrong gang given the information i was given in game i acted accordingly and the only way this could have been prevented would be if both sides were in colours in that entire situation which is kinda hypocritical from me saying this since i went out of colours but i mean if i know they are out of colours than of course i will play fire with fire because its like you are invincible if you are in their shoes because they see a green outfit they will just shoot on sight while me as the green outfit can't shoot on sight because they are all blacked out and could be a different person if you can understand my logic behind my actions. 
I am not by any means saying i am in the right for what i did there don't get me wrong but in my shoes there was not many ways i could approach that situation where i could have a civil chat considering at that point my gang member is already injured and if it was an accident and this guy wasn't a vagos member i would have taken him to hospital and apologized for my mistake but again its a very complicated scenario from my POV acting with the information i was given in RP which was, obviously wrong.

The case in question is, was this player RDMed. He spent 9 minutes with no contact with anyone, besides group chat messages inside his house. Then a further 2 outside driving around. There was very clearly nothing that would indicate a prior situation reaching it's penultimate stage. The player is then shot with an exact amount of 0 roleplay involved, followed up with a few classic lines of gang roleplay.

However, context does matter in all situations so I did some digging and bmav was correct, a grove member was shot a few minutes prior to this situation but nowhere near strawberry petrol station. Does this grant you the ability to rock up to where you thought your mate was shot and KOS anyone matching a vague description. Absolutely-fucking-not.

To put this simply, was there any high quality roleplay involved before attacking the player? No, there wasn't. Yes, there was prior context (Although minimal) and explanation to the actions, however that does not justify shooting the player on sight based solely on a vague description given however-many minutes prior.

As a long term player and gang leader @BmavI expect much better from you, that was absolutely shocking roleplay and as such the following will be actioned:
