We were diving past the heli pad at Altis Airport when FabioHoeg open fired on us without warning, we were then shot and killed by Bill Whyte who was in the airport control tower. We tried to resolve the issue in teamspeak but they went offline.

I don't quite get it.. We were in TS to solve this, you told us you would msg us once the video was up so we could see what you guys heard. You never msg'ed us and now you're jumping straight to reporting us instead of attempting to finish resolving the situation.

Me and Bill are ready for a talk with a staff member present. 

Also I didn't just "start shooting" straight away... I didn't shoot back before I was receiving shots.

I believe you're leaving out key points.. The fact that you never proceeded to msg us when the video was up as we agreed that you would do. Also I told you in TS that I didn't just start firing away which you still decided to leave in the details which if you look in my recording, I didn't fire a bullet.

Also we're still in TS, we have been on TS since the incident.

in the TS conversation we clearly agree on you messaging us when the vid is up.

For staff member reviewing this please take this into consideration - The game volume is incredibly low, if you look bottom left corner you can see that he does in fact not have ear plugs in.

Your friend in the tower shot at us and in the confusion we shot you. This doesn't change the fact that you were inaudible in game as non of us heard you say anything as shown in the video.

 
As I said before in one of the THREE reports you have against me, the audio levels seem a bit quiet and if you were to RP with people this level of audio would not be efficient to hear initiations. Also you should really have separated POVs. I do believe the audio has been tampered with because before my gunshots were quiet then they raised volume

 
The volume wasn't edited in the video, and we take rp serious. We have had many other rp initiations were audio level wasn't an issue even when in a vehicle. The low volume of the game is just be the recording.

I disagree, as Fabio was quite close to your vehicle at the time when he had initiated. He was close enough to run a few steps and hop in if he wanted.

My mic was perfect While RP'ing with the medic reviving me... But none the less, i don't know who's POV it is, but the sound seems very low. 

I also don't see Why you guys put up 3 reports with the same POV instead of keeping it in 1 so that me and Bill doesn't have to put the same answers in all of them.

but as I told your friend, me and Bill are ready to solve this with a staff member present.

And you are? I don't know how you think this comment is appropriate and is gonna help contribute to the case. 

I've never been reported or banned before so I don't know why you would think i'm a "famous" rdm'er ? 

I barely ever kill people.

Also you clearly haven't seen my side of things, because then you would had seen that I didn't start shooting straight away.

Im sure that that is definitely within the VOIP range because the distance is half or quater of a school classroom, and It's not like Fabio was whispering.

 
As the gang leader I have asked the reporting parties to hold this report until they have liasoned fully with my members, It is sad to see that these reports have not been commented on regarding them being halted until a proper resolution is made in teamspeak? It is also sad to see that you have tried to get my gang members banned instantly, by posting 3 separate reports even though every single report is from someone else involved in the situation, with the same video evidence?

Note for the reviewing staff member: As of yet I do not believe they have came back to teamspeak to discuss the issues at hand, despite me requesting verbally and in a written format:

Also, within their video it is evident that the volume is a bit low and the people are talking to each other upon the initiation occurring. I believe that it was a mixture of their low game volume and verbal communication which led to the initiation being inaudible, which is not at the fault of my gang members.

This is clearly not a last resort, as upon asking for a liaison scenario between my gang members and the involved parties, you did not halt the report. You did not take the opportunity to go further within the liaison process. Please review the below screenshot regarding Report A Player Rules.

 I now ask for the reporters to come on teamspeak again and to try and liaison in an environment in which staff members are involved, please message me as a gang leader, or the people involved to arrange a formal liaison, just contact us on the forums.

At this moment in time, I don't feel like 3 reports for the same reason/time is nessesarry. It is a pain to reply on all of them everytime I have a point. I feel like I have a good case to back me, therefore I shall not be resolving this.

After speaking with the reported, he has decided against what he has previously stated and would like the chance to speak with the reportee's to attempt a resolution. 

Please contact Bill Whyte on teamspeak (normally found in the Phantom Rooms) as soon as possible to try to resolve this situation. 

If required, get a staff member to sit in. @Matt1812

 
Meet on Monday this week at 6pm to claim your £75k compensation that you requested.
