The individual in question (bilbo baggins) was saying the N word repeatedly for several minutes, despite warnings and disgust from other players. Shortly thereafter, bilbo baggins proceeded to spam OOC with a series of incomprehensible gibberish and HTML links, threatening to DDOS the server if anyone reported him.
