Please (in detail) describe the incident

So me and my colleague SGT. Ridge were patrolling around, and we came across the idea of going to weed processor. So before going to the actual place, we took the road up the hill so we could have a look over the processor. At that point we realized that there was a tempest covered and a van, so we decided to go. While turning up we saw 2 guys and decided to detain them, but at a moment, (probably a friend of theirs) was a bit mad that we were restraining his 2 friends and practically "hands up or died" us. We tried to //liason them but they did not come.

I'm afraid that for evidence, I do not have the 5 mins required due to my pc sometimes bugging out with plays.tv but hopefully this should be allright since it contains the "before" and "after" of the incident.

Wholeheartedly disagree. You did not try to contact us to get this resolved. I fired because from my point of view you turned around instantly with rifles in hand ready to fire. I can also have video evidence if required for up to 20 minutes before the incident. This was my first day on the server and I had already made a mistake prior to this but an admin spoke to me about it and explained. Then knowing the ground rules I committed the actions you saw in the video. Maybe I was a little hasty with my shots however I believe in the rush of everything this was warranted. Again, it was my first day playing properly and if you do request my evidence, you will see that myself and my friends were just having a really good time, as we should whilst playing a game. 
To conclude, I do not think this was RDM, I can show my side of the story if it really gets to that point. If you believe I should be banned after seeing this reply please get into contact with me so I get a fair chance to explain.

Well, we tried to // you but you didn't reply so we assumed you didn't really care... We had guns out because your friend of yours had a gun out initially, but he immediatly put it away and put his hands above his head as asked. I turned around with my rifle "2x CTRLed" which means it wasn't pointed at anyone, I just had it out in case of someone like you that could potentially harm us. As soon you threatened us, we turned around by surprise because we didn't expect to see you there and you shot us straight away. It ruined the RP opportunity that could have happened there, we either could have un-restrained them, or we could have finished by having a nice talk with you by putting your gun away without force, but unfortunately that did not happen.

If you want we can talk about this on TS, and resolve it there. 

 
Was there a inisiation to the cops to (do this or die!) If not you cant just kill him for that or have to cops inisiation on you to?

 
We had a nice talk on Teamspeak and he has learned from his mistake. If a staff member could lock this as it has been resolved.
