Me and 3 friends were camping an intersection on the main road when we spotted a Hemtt Box driving towards us and decided to rob him. We started screaming for him to stop the truck before he even passed us - effectively giving him 3 full warnings as to which he had no intention of complying and just continued speeding, so we opened fire towards the tires in an attempt to stop the truck. Next thing I know I hear my friend tell me there is a police car pulling up behind the house behind me, the second I turn arround to see what he was talking about I get instantly shot in the face, with no attempt whatsoever for any kind of RP. And he continued by gunning down 2 more of my teammates who were abit further down the road - again with no type of RP whatsoever. The last one of us who was proned abit further down the field saw this and after everybody was dead already he popped up and killed banana man while he was looting the corpses of hes rdm offers. Then he tried running down the hill and away from the road when an ifrit starts driving after him, and he sees this and tries to get some actual RP going after the chaos that just ensued, so he turns arround and attempts to put hes hands up while Cucaracha who was in the ifrit stops at distance and guns him down - again with no attempts to start RP whatsoever.

I'll be replying from my point of view, and will be reviewing my saved footage later in order to ascertain whether I have anything saved. I am Cucaracha. 

There were a few of you, 2 of you on the bridge, and one somewhere else (I think it was you in the ghillie suit as the others were dead at the time of the videos you have shown)

There is no bad roleplay nor RDM from any of us. As you described, you did indeed initiate (albeit very very poorly by shouting "STOP STOP STOP" while opening fire on the HEMMT), at which point combat had been initiated.

As this was combat, there was no further need to RP the situation - therefore no RDM occurred. In the seconds before the video shows me pulling up in the Ifrit killing you, you had killed Banana Man. I saw you from Amoni hill, made my way to you and shot you dead. I would love it if you described where the RDM was in that?

I spoke to two of you on two separate occasions on teamspeak (STF Deanster who accepted that your gang didn't initate correctly, and you) and after this, the situation had been resolved, so this report is both surprising and completely false.  We spoke about why we had opened fire, you had initiated on our gang member in the truck, and we had been in the surrounding area. We discussed with @Axolotl, @Ambassador Fung and a few others, letting you know that the poor initiation on your part was wrong, and not to repeat it. 

You also asked us why we didn't have gang tags in our names, and that because we didn't you were not aware of who was who. We explained to you that this was not necessary, and in asking this question you implied that you would metagame us to target us. 

All in all, you were lucky that you and your colleagues were not the ones being reported for this situation, we had a civil discussion on teamspeak, and we explained that if you had any further queries on teamspeak, to please approach us. 

Just for reference, the videos show no context, they are simply a snippet of us killing you. As I said, I will try and see if I have a full video of events.

In my opinion, nothing was done wrong from any of us, and this report is not valid. We shall now let an admin review this. Please message me if you require anything further.

In your own video you can hear your two colleagues initiating "stop or I'll shoot, stop or I'll shoot", while the truck is at high speed across the bridge. An instant later, you open fire on it with no adequate time for it to comply. The police car you pointed out was approaching was part of our gang, and at this point by firing, you had initiated combat. Poor RP from you, possibly even RDM? Who knows.

I do not know what STF Deanster told you, but nevertheless I did come to speak with you on teamspeak afterwards, and I believe I took a very good tone with you about it, and what I got out of that is that you believe we did not give the hemtt driver enough time, and that we should be lucky you arent reporting us, and I decided to just leave from there with the good tone that I came with since I saw that it wasnt going anywhere.

But after returning to our channel emotions were still running high hence why I decided to get an additional opinion on this so I contacted @ArrogantBread and a forum moderator who for the life of me I cannot remmember the name of right now, and after explaining the situation (Exactly as it happened) to them I was urged by the moderator to make a report because he believed this might have been borderline RDM, but definately bad RP on youre side.

So after I spoke with them, we decided to act on the feedback we recieved.

No worries. I can understand that emotions can run high when circumstances are dubious. I have no hard feelings towards any of you. 

The point that is being made here about bad RP is obviously very subjective, considering this is an RP server. However we were in a combat situation where many of us had died, from both sides, due to the initiation and subsequent shooting on the HEMMT from your gang. Although of course in all situations RP is by far the best way to deal with this, it was combat and there was no requirement to Roleplay the situation, you opened fire on us and started to kill us. 

I don't want anyone from this situation banned, I much prefer discussions to take place on teamspeak as mistakes happen. I will stand by what I said and say that nothing was done wrong from our point of view, and that your initiation could have been much better (however this was resolved on teamspeak). 

Hopefully the admin who advised you to report, or any reviewing admin can now see the evidence put forward and come to a conclusion.

I understand your point of view, although I have to point out where you are false. You said and I quote " it was combat and there was no requirement to Roleplay the situation, you opened fire on us and started to kill us." 

The only fire we opened was in the beginning towards the tires of the hemtt after it refused to comply in order to stop the truck and go engage RP. Which was followed by Banana man -actually- killing 3 of us, and then me killing him after that. 

With that in mind I agree and hope that the admin(s) will come to a conclusion from the evidence provided.

the evidence is shoddy, bieng what Capt C rightly refers to as snippets. That said the roleplay was awful from both parties however in accordance with server rules. 

You should always make an effort to say something before shooting.

as for the other guys "Stop the truck, stop the truck" is crap grounds to start shooting tyres.

To that extent - Denied. 

Also to OP If you had resolved the issue on teamspeak, why make a forum report? If i see this happen again you will be given a warning point and posting restriction.
