What best describes this incident: G1.2 (RDM)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I believe this is RDM, multiple members of Vagos were on the G6 convoy to the prison, the ballas then turn up in there cars and follow the convoy trash talking Vagos members, back and forth insults are thrown at each on the way down to prison, the transport convoy enters the prison and for me that situation has ended with the ballas as there's no way at that time to continue RP, I get sentenced and run into the yard where a couple members were standing and searching bins, middle fingers are put up by other members of the Vagos I'm then stood there and get shot.
Driving alongside a convoy Trash talking with us, spinning each other and the G6 out is real poor RP and I believe this is not sufficient RP to warrant being shot over.

I'll respond on behalf of the Ballas,

Without looking too much into the clip I have found at around 3:55 you can hear yourself in the back of the stockade saying "do something, do something about it you bunch of pussys"... Then approximately 8 mins later the Ballas did something , you've already pointed out the Vagos started to taunt the Ballas from prison my guess would be you thought you was safe and for some reason you thought the RP would finish when you got sentenced. If we wanted to we could've got a G6 at gunpoint to unlock the gates and grab you that way but we choose an easier route.

Don't know if you're aware but Vagos and Ballas have been fighting everyday for past week so I'd say Ballas have many reasons to shoot you.

So, from what I can see, the vagos members were goading the Ballas on the transport to prison. Then once in prison, you donned your gang colours and gave the middle finger to the Ballas, and were shot from outside the prison. Couple this wth the on going hostillities, I don't believe a rule has been broken here. Theres enough context to warrant the actions.
