Server: GTA RP
Your Character Name: Bill White
Reported Players: Ballas (As a group)
Date: Apr 14, 2025
Time: 20:00
What best describes this incident:
  • (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM)Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)
  • (G1.3) Baiting Taking deliberate actions to create a scenario where you get chased or engaged with, especially to cause a firefight. Examples: Robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, deliberately committing crimes in front of the police, swearing at a group of gang members.
  • (G2.12) Poor Quality Roleplay You must provide quality roleplay at all times taking into account every players direct and indirect experience. The following list of examples include but are not limited to; "Hands Hands Hands" and "Hands up or die" as a first interaction with a player are not acceptable standards of roleplay. Downing a player that refuses to say a specific phrase in order to identify them is considered poor quality roleplay. Be original. Not providing medical roleplay at any stage during a situation where your intentions are to revive them. Attempting to avoid the aftermath of a situation where you are downed by using /me dead or /me no pulse or similar. You will be judged by the staff team on a case by case basis and the rule will follow the Fair Ban System unless in extreme/repeated cases.
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Members of Ballas robbed the Pharmacy at the beach and turned out in multiple vehicles. They lingered in the area and kept pushing for violent action, one individual kept advising his friend to run over the officer in front of him. Multiple were set up and prepared. They then drove off towards their turf where a gunfight ensued.

So cring that you reported 10min after the situation and no QE. The reason why we robbed pharmacy as a group because we need need ingredients from the pharmacy to make drugs. its not a rule break to do pharmacy its actually a server feature for crims to have something to do dont't know if you know that just making sure. To be honest its a on going pattern with the police as i think your reporting as you lost the situation if you won the situation this report will not be up now

The reason why it turned into a gun fight the police wanted to cut the RP short and spike strip the a balla vehicle soon as we left pharmacy so we had to take the vehicle back to turf with no tyers and ended up in a shoot out. If the vehicle was not spike stripped then it could of been a fun chase but thats police mentality for ya

1st point I wanna say is it’s not cringe to not go to QE as it is optional therefore doesn’t need to be had if the intended party does not want to

The report was mutually agreed to be put up due to the circumstances and in this situation personally I lost nothing idk about any other officer but I got saved and to add we get our police gear for free so even if we did we still don’t loose out, the only thing the police side in this instance has lost out on is good roleplay.

Your last point is about stinger and cutting RP short you guys ignored the police presence at the shop and continued to do what you was doing where it allowed time for units to position tactically with spikes. And in my eyes many different options could of been used E.G blocks car swaps foot pursuit try to escape with no tyres all I have seen done personally but in this scenario it looks like yous as a group wanted that shootout taking us straight to your turf and warning us if we don’t leave yous will shoot and not giving us more than 5 seconds to react before firing then scooping us all up and throwing us into a grave

I did not say it was cring not to go QE. I said it was cring that you are writing this report up 10min after the situation is over. You probably wrote this report up in while laying in a pillbox bed in the heat of the moment
you guys ignored the police presence at the shop and continued to do what you was doing
I dont see your point here. We turned up at the phamacy to rob it for the ingredients to make drugs so we are going to finish the job as we need the ingridents. For some reason NHS are gate keeping a important ingrident at the moment and NHS wont stock it in the phamacy so we are not leaving until we get what we need.

it allowed time for units to position tactically with spikes.
The only person who used spike stips here is you and it was not tacticlly placed you was running on foot and deployed spike strips. I would like staff to look into this one aswell i think running and deploying spike strips to be power gaming. I think spike strips should be used "tactically" as you said above as in standing in a discreet spot and deploying them last second when other police are in a pursuit or placing them in another road that you might think we are going to drive down. Not run around with spike strips and deploy them while running

I still do think YOU cut the RP short by deploying them stingers. We did try blocking the other police from the pursuit that didnt work as the vehicle the police was chasing was a super car with no tyers that spins out on every corner. No point trying to switch cars over the weeks police new tactic is when the person they chase decamps trys to get into a vehicle as passanger then the police use there vehicle to give a tap to the person so it knocks the player down and then instant cuff. Origanl plan was to head North for police chase and try and block/TC the cars chasing the people who done pharmacy BUT you changed them plans with the spike stips.

There is NO baiting we wanted the drug ingredients from phamacy
There was no RDM belive it or not you was the first one to initiate it by using spike strips
Poor Quality Roleplay is for staff to decide just because you didnt enjoy the RP others Might of

To reference I was not the officer placing spike strips and I put my input into this already and will leave it at that

I didn't invite your group an opportunity to liaise because multiple people had come together and decided that they were going to participate in a shop-robbery gunfight bait - which is explicitly against the rules.

It is much harder to change the views of a whole group who have all agreed to participate and not one person in the group has challenged that decision.

My years of experience in this community has given me a sixth sense for when people are out looking for a gunfight. I already knew the rule break was going to occur from the outset, I encouraged officers not to engage into a fight by asking them to lock up and leave, and when the fighting started disengage if they could. I changed my mind on this when the radio traffic was getting lesser and I feared officers could have been downed.

Reflecting on the use of spike strips, I admit that it was unfair to use them in this way. I had the 'spikes' (/e cashcase) in my hand and thought that you might have had enough chance to stop from where I placed them. Due to desync this wasn't instantaneous and I regret the outcome. I'll take this feedback on board about spikes.

I still do think YOU cut the RP short by deploying them stingers. We did try blocking the other police from the pursuit that didnt work as the vehicle the police was chasing was a super car with no tyers that spins out on every corner. Your statement about us cutting the RP short by use of stingers is undermined by the fact that stingers aren't a form of roleplay. The onus is on all parties to give physical and verbal RP after the fact. As above, I regret using the stingers in this way.

(G7.6) Spike strips
Use of spike strips doesn't constitute any form of roleplay. Failure to engage in quality roleplay is classed as RDM.

There is NO baiting we wanted the drug ingredients from phamacy
Could this objective had been achieved without violence or incorporating lower-level / new players into your strategy? If the only strategy to acquire ingredients for manufacturing is to swarm a pharmacy building making you impenetrable to regular police units, that isn't fair either.

You arrived in Ballas vehicles, wearing Ballas colours to rob a shop. You knew this would lead to lines of inquiry running back to your gang. Your group did not want the consequences of this so baited, killed and dumped. The only benefit of this being the fun of the gunfight, not actually the pharmaceutical items you supposedly wanted.

So its ok to have 6-10 Police cars set up at the pharmacy? But we cant be set up at the pharmacy? im glad we was set up there becasue your tactic with the spike strips was poor rp. By the sounds of it the odds were even at the pharmacy. Sounds like you want the situation to go your way or the high way

Welcome to the new meta to the server. If you take notes on the new change logs you get a more Street Cred/Gang Notoriety when robbing shops you have to wearing at least 2 pieces of gang clothing if the person inside the shop is wearing gang colors then the rest of us might as well be

I have one last question to ask you

Why was the option to shoot chosen over a car swap or any other method of getting away.

And so I can get a perspective on your side of thing does any of the ballas have clip if this scenario so I can see where we might of went wrong and can change accordingly

Already been explained. Read the previous messages

also I dont have any clips on the situation

Hello,

I was apart of this situation to where I took your body from outside of the pawn shop and made the decision to not just dump you, but to rather try to roleplay something out with yourselves. From when I had you in my car I told you that "I have no value to human life as I kill hundreds of people day by day, as long my gang members were alright then I'm alright". I then decided to take you to the church where I started to ask you questions as to how you were involved in the fight and what you knew. After chatting for a bit one of my gang members started to dig your grave, to where we ended up putting you in it, recited a prayer as we were on holy grounds so it was only fitting, started to fill up your grave to where your head was the only thing showing, and I decided to shoot you in the head to make sure you weren't buried alive.

As to how this all started we weren't set up in any way, we were just driving around in the area incase the police tried to put our boys in cuffs. I initially thought everything was alright when I saw our silver car driving away, until we were told that you had spike stripped all of their tires. Now we were in a big group (that's what a gang does), what is the problem with this? If the police had the numbers wouldn't they use them? Later that night we had around 6 ballas in a fight with 40+ police officers, would you think that is fair?

Also in terms as to why we decided to go back to turf, we were already in our gang colours and you know who we are. And as Ben has already said, crims are going to start using their gang colours for everything now due to the gang notoriety feature when you are wearing 2+ gang clothing. It used to be a problem where officers used to complain that crims weren't in colours to where they couldn't be identified, so what is the problem now with us being identifiable? We even saw a firearms officer at the pharmacy run into the bike shop next door while applying head armour and proceeding to hide in there, what was he expecting to happen? Everything that came out of that situation started from your end with us reacting to it, especially when removing all of our tires and excessive ramming of our vehicles.

If you really think that it was baiting then we would've just shot you outside of the pharmacy where you were all surrounded.

Might I also say that it is quite convenient that yourself @Billy Bubbles is included in this report, as you had reported ballas(all of us might I add, with everyone's ID's) last week for poor rp when no decision within roleplay was made that actually changed the course of roleplay at all.

If you need anything just lmk

I’m sorry but what are you insinuating with that last comment but I doesn’t mate if I have 1 report up or 15 if I think a situation is not following rules I’m in line with the rules to report if I’m apart of that situation which I clearly was show by my clip posted in the report

I would like you both to read this other report similar to this and really pay attention to Charles Vain last comment. It seems we cant do anything on the server without people crying 'baiting'.

just adding another officers POV

would like to add all POVs you've provided are useless.

First POV (Yours): you miss the entire start of the interaction and after you get there you are just waffling shit to tom about grove and not actually heard the conversation we've with the fed.

Second POV: Literally shows nothing

Third POV: Just shows a person walking around checking vending machines and looking at bikes.

As per usual you're trying to push a false narrative. If you fed mains actually took some time to play a crim in a WL group you'd understand why we're robbing the shop in full colours.

I've only just noticed this was the incident I was involved in from start to being shot, so I'm just going to post the entire interaction and leave myself at that since I had a lot of stuff come up in head not long after the situation started so, I would also like to mention for staff purposes the reason I'm stood for moments and then asking other officers "what they would do here" is because I had some personal stuff going on in head, so I will say my police work here was shoddy and not at all on point so I would like to apologise to the Ballas on behalf of that (I'm happy to go into detail with a staff member privately if needed to explain the reason)
