Please (in detail) describe the incident: Firstly I would like to thank any staff member who deals with this report.

Me and 3 other Cutlass members were casually driving around the city when a car sped by us, me and JD spun around and went to see who was in the car. After we caught up to the car we asked who was driving and who they were with , they put on voices and turned around. One of the occupants of the car hopped out to repair the vehicle so we went to pull up beside them to ask them who they were again and due to the non-optimal driving conditions JD (Yellow Jester) had a near miss with the vehicle which was met with a rather unproportionate reaction given the accidental nature of the circumstances.

I Believe this to be RDM as there was not even an exchange of words it was just shoot on sight which seems to be becoming a common occurrence .

Is this really the case? As to me it seems like you lot were waiting for something to go down, equipped with a gun and all, circling the area checking people driving past. This is not "casual driving" unless I am missing something. What were you guys doing in the area?

Would you also be able to post the full un-edited footage, as you have cut it down? Thanks.
 
Hello I'm not really sure on what me being equipped with a gun has anything to do with this report, I roleplay as a gang member and stay equipped with my gun 90% of the time due to the roleplay that comes my way most of the time.

Also referring to the clip being cut down I have simply cut it at the point of the RDM as after this point you will only see a shootout which has no relevance.

I've provided over 3 minutes prior to the incident but here is a clip of JD's perspective of the moment the RDM happened. This clip shows JD thinking he may have hit the car and slows down to say he never meant to and is abruptly gunned down.

To start off with, the yellow jester speeds up as shown in your clip and almost takes me out whilst I was repairing. It was not accidental, if anything in the "non-optimal driving conditions" you should slow down and pass me slowly but you near enough killed me so your point is completely invalid. Also, from our POV, you literally hit the side of the car I was standing at. This and being followed by you led us to believe you were being hostile and so you were shot at.

Personally I don't think you have been RDM'd. I know for a fact that If Cutlass won that fight than this report would not have been on the forums. Your group has made zero effort to liaise as I reached out to you in OOC and you claimed you'd go to QE but you never went. It seems to me that you guys are unhappy about the outcome of the situation and so to make yourself feel better you have thrown a mediocre report up. You knew what you were doing, you were clearly expecting a fight as you kept circling around me and asking me stupid questions. I don't believe the "Me and 3 other Cutlass members were casually driving around the city" as we had not seen you at all prior up until the situation, almost as if you logged on and came straight to us? Convenient right.

I don't see any other motive behind this report than to plainly grasp at straws in order to get us banned, I made it abundantly clear that if you didn't back away it would not end up well for you. I'd also like to highlight the quality of the roleplay provided from your group yesterday, asking me "Who am i with" over and over, then nearly killing me as I was repairing. You provided us with nothing to work with, as well as surrounding us in your cars. You got the outcome you were looking for, you lost the situation, and now here we are.

By your own admittance he 'almost takes me out' so do you really think almost getting hit merits you gunning him down.

If you look in JDs clip you can clearly see him slowing down by you, And I can assure you if it was intentional there would've been no slowing down whatsoever.

We had more than enough cause behind shooting you, I told you that things would not end up well for you and yet you still decided to continue stalling/circling. In my point of view as I was repairing, the yellow jester nearly bonneted me and literally hits my car. If that's not enough reason as to why we shot you that I don't know what is. Combined with how dodgy you guys were being that entire time all blacked out. How are we meant to know that JD is not trying to de-sync ram us or even trying to run me over? He could have missed and turned around again to get another chance. We were not taking chances, especially whilst being at war.
 
I'm not going to sit here and argue about how close he was to hitting you as its virtually irrelevant. It all boils down to you 'almost' getting hit and then you decided to shoot to 'not take a chance'? What part of that suggests that there was high any quality roleplay? You mention ''War'', There is no war we've had 2 or 3 fights this just seems like an excuse to justify yourself here
 
The player in the car clearly stated "back away or it will not end up well for you" so they jumped out to repair and it pretty much looked like you were about to wear one of them as a bull bar on the car. Then turned last second.

They warned you to stay away.

No action will be taken here.
