I've been warned for doing the exact same thing as he did. Please watch the video. I lost a full truck + backpack of cannabis and my cheap gear. I haven't talked to him on TS because him saying sorry won't make me any more happy. All I need is fair judgment. I think it was server 2, I'm not 100% sure.

When the operation was over the server restarted and you went to a different server and I had to take of some IRL stuff. I can join teamspeak tomorrow but what exactly will that solve? The video is there and I'm 90% sure you guys didn't initiate properly, twice in the video. This whole reporting stuff is something I really don't like doing but how am I supposed to make progress when stuff like this keeps happening.

There's no RP at all, also why are you replying and not he himself? Look at the video again, I could have at least killed him (and he'd probably kill me but then we traded) My gun was on full auto and I had almost a second to spray him down. I just didn't because I don't want to get banned and I've already got warnings from the admin FOR DOING THE EXACT SAME THING. Anyways I'm done discussing this and I'll wait for an admin to decide on this matter. Have a nice day.

Well I'm sorry but that's what has happened to me and a friend of mine so far. How can he resolve it? You mean like by compensating me? Does that justify the situation then? Sorry I'm pretty confused by this. If something like an accidental VDM happens I guess you could resolve it over TS but this is not accidental.

I'll hop on TS tomorrow and I'll check if I can find him. The only issue I have with this is take for example killersky he has 6 million on his bank account, he RDMs 3 times and "resolves" the situation on TS by giving them 1 mil each. This way he can just keep doing it without consequences.. That's the only thing that bothers me but I'll have a talk with him tomorrow, I can't come on right now.

0:50 seconds initiation was made. You clearly heard him as you even started talking to him after. You can clearly heard "stop the truck or your tyres will be shot" you didn't stop so your tyres was shot.

The best part is 1:10 really made me laugh. You or your friend said IMMEDIATELY after getting shot at, "yeah fail RP post on the forums." You clearly did not want to try and resolve it in teamspeak as your first reaction was to post on the forums and get him banned.

When you died, probably the most controversial part. However going back to the "common sense rule" and active gun fight. People with guns chasing you and already started shooting you. It was an active gun fight and 5 minutes didn't pass (I know this is not mentioned in the rules but admins and staff have always said to use this rule if you are in an active gun fight, @Vladic Ka please add this to rules i know you guys been updating them lately xx). You pull out a gun in front of 2 armed guys, to them it was an active gun fight you could of spayed them down right there. Him having every right, killed you.

Yes, definitely this was poor roleplay on both parts. You should of stopped the truck but you didn't comply if 3 guys are telling you to get out the tuck there is more chance of you getting out the truck having a bit of banter with them and they will probably treat you right by letting you go, keeping half the weed, or maybe just taking your gun. Still anythings better then getting killed. However Killersky was a bit a bit too trigger happy, he could also learn about not firing on tyres straight away and trying to talk to the guy, spike strip or even RPing as a good guy but then quickly changing to a rebel and telling him to put your hands up (its amazing how many times ive done that).

I agree with you on most parts, it was my friend saying that as I was explaining the situation over discord while it was happening, definitely don't want anyone getting banned, what would I even get out of that? Some extra clarity would be nice as I've gone over the rules 3 times now but it doesn't clearly explain what stuff is allowed when robbing. Since I've started on this server I've been robbed maybe 15-25 times I don't know, I swear that about 80% of the robberies go just like this one, even when you're not in a vehicle. People are really trigger happy when it comes to robbing other people and I understand that because your own life is in danger while doing it but it's really frustrating to see so many people doing it by only saying for example: "drop the gun or you're dead' and then giving you about 1 second to comply. You're right that I could have sprayed him down right there but then again I didn't (look at the end of the video) and I even wanted to talk to him while having him at gunpoint to just let me get away but I honestly didn't even get that chance. Anyway thanks for sharing your opinion. Where you actually there by the way or did you just decide to reply?

Right I'm going to tell you how this is going to work. This report is going to get locked for 24hours. During that time the parties that are involved are going to go to teamspeak and ATTEMPT to resolve it as there was no real attempt yet. Once that has been done hopefully the situation would have been resolved and I can put a big fat DENIED on here. Remember to always try and resolve before taking it to the forums as this is a last resort. And for those commenting whilst there not involved do not do it again

As one party involved in the reported has already been actioned on through another forum report, I am going to step in on this one.

Let me split the situation in two, and start with the first set of shots.

The vehicle was driving, and the person sent to initiate was already at the side and near the rear of the truck by the time he started his initiation. After initiation, Kenzo was given perhaps 2.5-3.0 seconds in order to comply. As per the rules, time to comply with a request is required. I am not fully satisfied a timescale of 2.5-3 seconds is sufficient time to comply, especially for such a large vehicle already accelerating. From that, I am interpreting the above as RDM.

Onto the second set of shots fired, where Kenzo was killed. It is correct to say once there is an active firefight going on that 5 minutes is a good guideline by which you can engage in combat again without further initiation provided you are absolutely certain they are the same people involved. That being said, this rule is only an extension of a pre-existing conflict which has been initiated properly. As the original situation is being considered RDM through failure to provide enough time to comply, then during the second situation initiation must be made before you could fire upon Kenzo. Therefore for the second situation, he begun taking his weapon off his back and stopped repairing before any verbal contact was made, and was also shot before he could react, thus I conclude this situation also constitutes RDM.

As the above staff have recommended this be resolved, which is now unfortunately going to be difficult to do, I am going to give @killersky a chance to resolve this through an alternative means.

Killersky - you have two options here which I will state below. Please state your accepted option within 24 hours or this report will be actioned. If you have further evidence to attach to the situation then also please state that first and allow me to review it before progressing.

1. You will lose the value of cash required for the compensation (ie as if you have compensated Kenzo) from your bank and receive a warning on your player notes that if you receive a ban within the next 6 months for RDM or Fail RP, you must wait 6 months before being able to appeal it. In accepting this option, you acknowledge and agree the above situation constituted RDM as there was not enough time to comply.

OR

2. Have another independent member of staff review the situation. In this circumstance, it will either be actioned and consequently you may be banned, or if he/she denies the report there is no need to pay compensation and it will not be recorded as a rule break on your behalf.

Kenzo: You shall not be receiving the compensation due in option 1 should Killersky chooses to accept it. This is the second report in which you have openly dismissed even the possibility of resolving before coming to the forums about it, and so I am not going to permit you to game the system and gain from it while serving a ban for another report.
