Please (in detail) describe the incident
Drove from Athira to the handgun dealer. I was going to buy a handgun, but forgot to take out money. I went back to the car and assassin_gaming came up on my right with his weapon drawn and just opened fire without initiating any form of roleplay(not a single word). I also tried to get the player on TS multiple times, as shown in the video. 5 minutes into the video he RDMs another player([LCN]Dutch), and at 5:30 you can clearly see that the player has not read the rules. He thought he could kill anyone on sight becasue he is a rebel. The player disconnected shortly after the incident and I could not solve the situation or ecplain him the rules.
