We where driving down the road in a quilin and as we went over a hill on the right side a pink ifrit handbrake turned into us killing all six of us in the vehicle, he got out took all our money and virtual items and then left.

Yes its looks very stupid like vdm, but this was done not specifically and this is totally mistake, i didnt see this car and i had problems with internet at that moment bcs much people use internet at my location in new year night and i use alcohol 

You can see the car was out of the mountain and i have dont see him and i dont know how much peoples in the car

And i dont loot this bodyes! This car accident my fault i recognize but i dont looted his bodyes i dont take anything from this players! 

I totally apoligize its my fault but i dont try to do vdm it is totally mistake rly

I broke road rules at this moment yes, and do extreme maneuver yes, but not for killing someone, i just dont saw his car i do this maneuver only for one reason bcs i want to change direction, back in kavala 

Dont saw nick names, i just back to kavala and try to go call medics but they afk i think so i go police kavala and try to ask police for helping this guys

Then i come with medics and police at this point and saw how this guys has been revived i think all ok

So when i saw report on the forum i try to speak with this players on ts about compensation but he is dont want to take compensation, they want justice but lie about i take his money and stuff i dont take anything from this guys

My mistake - yes, he die bcs i do very stupid maneuver - yes, but i dont see this car when i do this maneuver he come over mountain and i have delay no time for me to do anything in this situation for escape from crash and very impotant thing i dont loot this bodyes and i dont know who do this 

It is not vdm but stupid car crash, on this night many players drive very stupid bcs much alcohol i think 

And i am ready to pay compensation if they take it bcs this is my mistake but not to try vdm someone 

In the truth of my story this happens with me first time and i never do vdm

This is confirms that i not interested to brake rules and this situation is mistake 

I dont loot ur bodyes and try to give u compensation for that incident

 If u dont want take compensation that not my problem and if u lie about i take ur stuff how u can speak about justice?) 

You see i have money and nice equipment i have absolutely no reason for do vdm and take your stuff

I speak with u on TS and say "i so sorry for that incident i dont try to vdm u, please believe me, i have 6 kk and can give u all for compensation im rly apoligize for that incident and i dont loot ur bodyes, we can find compromiss" you say "no" 

You are liars how you can speak about justice when u lie about me? I dont loot ur bodyes i hope if admin can check logs i dont pick up any money and loot 24-48 hours!

I want to find compromiss and i apoligize for this incident this is rly mistake i dont wanna vdm someone and dont try to vdm you guys and i dont loot ur bodyes, i still want to give compensation for you if u take it

Yes i drive ifrit and yes u crash on me, i dont deny this fact, but no i dont loot ur bodyes, so yes do not behave like children and do not lie about i loot ur bodyes, maybe we can ask the admin if he spectating me he had seen i dont loot ur bodyes 

I call police and try to call medics for reviving you

When we speak on ts i offered all my money in game and that money much more that u loose and give my regret for that situation if it is not enought for u it is not my problem

I think only you behave like children bcs you lying and saying about justice funny 

If you do not want to compensation at least not lie about i loot your body

Right horribly confused by this was it Artur driving the ifrit or not? I do know that hot pink is nice this time of year and there is no solid evidence he was driving it. Sure an admin may have seen him, or an admin was not there, if an admin had seen it and seen fit to ban then Artur would already be banned.

He seems to have wanted to resolve and apologise for this incident (admitting his guilt of committing it) but you seemed unwilling to compromise if it is true what Artur had said do you not feel that if you don't see someone coming over the brow of a hill at in excess of a 100 km/h, you would want it to not go to a report as it was a genuine accident, no?

This whole loot body thing, guys it was by the peach field on the most traffic'd point on Altis you are gonna have a lot of random people, and it can not be confirmed not denied that any looting of any bodies occurred. (Not that this bit really matters it just bugged me that this was the argument you guys were having, it seems all about the money and the bans with you guys.)

Please excuse his English I have spoken with him previously and he doesn't have the greatest of English ability. 

Fuhuo, you aren't as far as I can see involved in the incident and thus are not allowed to respond - Warning point issued.

I would like you both to revisit this and resolve it on teamspeak, it seems that you were not willing to accept anything he said and it will be done with a staff member present.

This is because from what I have read you guys just want him banned with no hope of return because that is "justice", would it be justice for someone to go to jail for stealing a bike when they thought they were simply taking their own bike home? (Accidents do happen, I was in a car accident just yesterday.)

Once done that staff member will hopefully comment here to say that it has been resolved and how nicely you both spoke to each other and that no further action is needed, or we will progress with the report as normal.

(Sorry for the long post it is the early morning post enlargement syndrome I just type my thoughts at this point)

 
@Dakota Has this been resolved? If not, do you have any intention of trying to resolve it like Samuel said?

 
I hope we can speak about this inncident with Dakota and his team again today on TS and maybe we can find compromiss

I rly so sorry about this situation i recognize my mistike and i regret about that situation! That was my fault i do very stupid maneveur i dont deny this fact and i feel sorry and sad about this situation, this is rly totally mistake, i dont want to kill someone and dont try to do vdm 

I dont loot your bodyes im promise it is not me 

You know on the road sometime happens very bad situations not because someone wants to kill\hurt someone... It is life, sometimes peoples make mistakes and this is sad in game peoples make mistakes too bcs we are not robots 

 I do not know what you guys still want to hear from me and what compensation you need, but i hope we can speak again and find compromiss 

You now, my english rly not very good and this is not easy to me to say what i want say, maybe if u can better understand me we can find compromiss before bcs i rly tryed to do this
