I was about to go off when a guy approached me. After a bit of talking we went to get a jet ski to have fun for a bit. A bit later Kaptainkush ( The guy that I was with ) told me to go to shore because his friend was there. I assumed I knew the guy so I tried to have some fun but that didn't work out. They left PD to have a talk when the new guy J4CKO starts firing shots at kaptain who was is running in PD. I ran up and asked the guy what he was doing and told him to fuck off at that point he shot me ( still in bluezone. )

As I was part of the situation, I also have a video of the RDM, and combat logging and there was also advertisement (i have no evidence of advertisement) 

My video is just finishing processing so i will send the link asap.

No problem, Thank you for letting me know @KaptainKush. So reviewing the report it seems that Kush and J4cko knew each other or met previous. Now after watching him shoot within the bluezone and then kill you this did break a few rules indeed. You cannot have a weapon out nor kill anyone within a Bluezone but I wouldn't say RDM as such. I will be actioning the report under (6.1) You are unable to kill anyone in a green or blue zone.
