Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my friend (in-game-name Ivaben) decided to rob Andy James. At the time he was sitting still in a car. As we approached my friend said "Get out of the car and hands in the air". He got out, so it's safe to assume he heard us, but he didn't put his hands up, rather he stood there with his rifle out and typed "//lag" and "//wait". We said hands up once more but he wasn't doing anything. Just a couple of seconds later I was shot by a distant shooter (John Dillinger) who didn't establish any sort of RP and after that my friend got shot too. I feel the rules were broken because Andy lied and abused the "//" system only to buy time and neither Andy or John spoke or establish any RP. Screenshots clearly show what Andy typed and confirm that they killed us.

I only told you i was lagging because i couldn't get out my car, If you did come into teamspeak to try and resolve it we would of comped you 

 
After you came out of the car I saw you moving your head like you were pressing alt and regardless of that - you and your mate shot me and my friend no RP involved. If you really had issues with lag you wouldn't have shot. Also if you wanted to comp us you would have messaged us first, right?

 
I'm going to start off by saying you have not even bothered to try and resolve this situation over teamspeak this report could of easily of been avoided.

I'm going to upload my perspective of the event, but i will add if my gang mate is getting robbed i don't have to establish any form of RP with you as you have already made a direct threat towards him which may of resulted in him losing his life so i took action to end the situation and for as saying i was in the distance i was less than 100m away roughly.

I would also like to add i was unaware that my team mate was having any sort of lag issues as it shows in the video.

Like i said earlier i heard i'm getting robbed i turned assessed the situation and determined you were a threat to his life and killed you.

You still broke the rules. It's even shown in the video as you can be heard saying "boys I need some help", or whatever. Realistically your mate wouldn't know what was going on and more importantly wouldn't have a legit reason to shoot.

John, direct chat works in a 40 m range so " took action to end the situation " because " heard i'm getting robbed " isn't true. You only turned around to look at the car after Andy requested assistance.

I broke ZERO rules and i did know what was going on he said im getting robbed, i looked up saw two armed guys pointing guns at my gang mate so you were dropped.

This will be the last time i reply on this post as i am not going to debate over a forum post, if you want to discuss this further please join me and andy in the copper king lobby on teamspeak and we will talk about it, if you choose not to then ill leave this in the hands of the deciding admin thankyou

 
Yes Andy, you were trying to get out and did eventually, but as soon as I got shot you proceeded to kill Ivaben. He was unarmed and it's pretty obvious you waited for the threat to get neutralised. Your "i was lagging" sob story falls in the water as soon as you pull the trigger, which was (by a miracle) after I - the armed one, died

Right John, " i did know what was going on " - yes, because you were on skype/ts/whatever. "Realistically your mate wouldn't know what was going on and more importantly have a legit reason to shoot."

did you not see my attempts to get out the car in my video? Also if you would like to proceed with this i would like you to join teamspeak as i bid you a good day and may this be in the hands of the admins 

 
My review of this has decided Andy James, used OOC chat to buy, to stop his gear being robbed and to give time to his gang member to set up.

Therefore a ban will be issued under Fail RP. No action will be taken on John Dillinger. 

Actioned - FAIL RP
