Please (in detail) describe the incident: This evening we kidnapped a solicitor Alex Ferrari a solicitor in the city and had a great roleplay theme. Alex was hit on the head 8 times with a jack hammer, had his tongue cut out and had the body cam he had removed. He didnt act out his injurys, he went to the police and showed them body cam evidence which he shouldnt have as we took it. He metagamed clearly as his people knew exactly where he was at all times and randomly showed up to an ally way and shot us. This roleplay scenario should have resulted in Alex being dumped in the water and he shouldnt have been revived. He has clearly been on a site like discord and asked for help so has ruined the RP and has got me jail time.I ask that the footage is reviewed and as i know you will deal with it appropriatly. Another player is doing a report on this tomorrow also. I was on suspension from the police at the time and would ideally ask that if yous agree this should have ended differently to be placed back on suspension and not loose my police role as again he should have been dumped if he didnt alter the course via a discord chat or something.

Finally i ask to be released from prison and not to have an extended sentence again as tonights RP has clearly not followed RP rules

He did not value his life in the office neither when he pulled out his radio, resulting in his jack hammer smash.

The way the scenario was going to go was kidnap him, rob him put him in the water so he wouldnt remember us and would be downed.

So chrissie had met me at town hall for a meeting about her lawsuit and she was there with 12 other people so something felt off with the whole situation so I had radios to my mates just saying if I spam the radio I’m at town with chrissie etc they said no worries and so I got into an office with her and started going thru her evidence in which she started getting very lippy with me to which near the end of the convo two guys come in with knifes and just before she zip tied me I had shouted for help in the radio that I’m being assaulted in town hall to my mates she then hit me two times to down me and then dragged me out to the car and proceeded to drive around to dump me in the water when I asked her what’s the reason behind this she wouldn’t give me an answer and I will be honest I was fuming in that moment and time with the whole situation and so I will admit I didn’t act out my injuries as much as I should have but when they were driving they kept crashing and finally they crashed and disabled her car to which they spent nearly 3 minutes roughly trying to find another car which aided my friend in finding me as he told me later on he was close to town hall and was trying to follow them which was pretty Easy as they are in a bright pink bmw (not sure on the exact make) and proceeded th shoot two of the three people involved and I got carried out to the street for nhs help

Also to note: 

There no was lead up in the clip soooooo why was she wanting to kidnap him? A random attack is what it looks like as she has no clue of what evidence Alex was going to bring to the table. It went straight to the the call she received about kidnapping him, it looked like she planned to kidnap him for the fun of it as she knew she couldn't win the legal battle.

I was there with 3 other people, Brock, Billy me however outside people got involved and again it was 2 others. Id like to stress to Alex its a roleplay situation and yeah my chartacter did get very lippy with alex as earlier in the day my character witnessed alex talking to the police about my case, one officer stated are you really going to represent her in court, this made chrissie brown angry and she planned it that he would be dealt with and that alex would not remember anything. He pulled the radio out at knife point with 4 weapons pointed at him not valuing his life. I gave him his reasons multiple times stating your stixking up for corrupt cops this is what you get so he cannot even say he didnt get told the reasons. Alex was whacked around 9 times yet still managing to alert people where he was, again not acting out his injurys which led to our RP situation not going the way it should have went, i truly beleieve he was on discord as even though iot aided his friends time to find him how did they know exactly what alley he was in..... he has clearly been communicating in discord. We have another person making a report later who has proof no one followed us so that again is untrue, youll have his statement later on. As seen in my footage, we removed his body cam so he should not have had that to give to the police and the injurys he recveived to his head should have atleast made him blank out.

Leadup was throughout the whole day witnessing Alex speak about chrissies case agains the police all i heard was a police officer state your not going to represent her while them all laughing. Alex used a rude degrading tone also in his office stating my case was looking dull. Loads of things led up to this scenario, the point is he didnt value his life, He didnt act out his injurys, he clearly metagamed or didnt allow roleplay to play out as the result he stopped the roleplay the way it was intended.

I ask if possible the charges come off my PNC my police suspension goes back into place and we forget about this RP situation which clearly was altered to Alexes advantage.

Can i state that in this roleplay he should have been dumped, no body cam footage should have been given as it was taken.

I have served 720 months in prison for this already and againif alex had acted in RP he wouldnt have remembered and his gang shouldnt have found a random alley we were in.

Alex still shouldnt have been whistling after 8 blows to the head.

Again from the footage he handed to the police he shouldnt have had as we took it from him. This doesent show me murdering or attempting murder to anyone. Again full 13 mins is here of my capture.

With this quote above you can see Chrissie was saying that she would like her job back or at least to be put back on suspension as i wouldve "forgotten" anything that happened but to the best of my knowledge id still remember that i have a case involving Chrissie Brown and her lawsuit with the police id have to talk to the SGT about the evidence and im sure we would end up back in the same scenario again as chrissie claims i was taking the polices side when all i was doing was reading out the evidence to her and i would assume that the same events would just continue to repeat nonstop so i dont understand how she thinks i would just forget everything im sure you are aware of this rule but i will attach it here aswell

As protocol for any division from the police force it is essnetial to live stream essentially their body cam footage to their cloud incase of disconnection or destruction of said cam i was told to make sure i have set my body cam like this by multiple officers and lawyers as it can really help anyone out in a case so the reason i have body cam footage is because i have the moments leading up to my destruction of my body cam in the office

Again your body cam was taken. I appreciate we mentioned a report and body cam but in roleplay we were meaning with the police. As of the (Dmail) everyone uses that to refer to discord in order to allow staff to hear. There is no excuse for this RP breach on your part and you ruined the RP last night, your now looking for excuses to cover your back.

Thank you for taking the time to make the player report @ford80478There is a lot to unpack within this report so I'll address the key points throughout both lots of videos provided.

Lets start with the situation as a whole. Chrissie was at city hall talking with Alex to where the conversation was getting a little heated and lead to two other people coming in with knives. From a roleplay point one would assume places such as city hall have CCTV in and around the building more so that they can be viewed at anytime, So one would assume the attack would of been caught by the CCTV within the building and if not in the room then within the hallway to where you did escort Alex through to the parking spot outside. 

I'll first focus on the interview as a whole, During this time a male walked in and with a knife aimed at Alex told him to put his hands up to where the response given was "why". It's clear at this point Alex was at a disadvantage since he was sitting in the chair then another male come up and said "I want the things in your pockets". During this time Chrissie did mention he had a bodycam so it would be safe to assume she was involved with the males who come into the room to take the solicitor hostage as per the phone call. 

Upon the second male coming into the room armed Alex did finally get out of the chair with his hands up and was being compliant after another showed up. During this time Chrissie did then go to Ziptie Alex to where he did make a call on the radio saying where he was and that he needed help and in response Chrissie did hit him multiple times with the sledgehammer.

Upon leaving the building Alex was more concerned with telling Chrissie that she won't be getting her job back and that's all he needed. Alex then said what's the reason for dumping him and then said there is no reason to where one of the males who come into the room said their is. It's clear even before you all went outside that the reason would of been from Chrissie's point getting no help and believing Alex was defending the police as a whole since she did make this comment as a whole, Alex did mention throughout that he did need to be provided a reason for this to happen. 

Alex did seem more bothered over the reason he was being taken over roleplaying his injuries throughout the situation as a whole, However being taken you would not be required to tell the person as a whole in this context since it was already provided within City Hall before being taken outside. The focus after being injured would of been the injury and trying to for this situation pled for your life. 

 During this situation Chrissie did say multiple times you cannot talk as you have been injured, However trying to force someone not to speak could within some situations fall under the power gaming rule, Yes Alex was hit with a sledgehammer however that is highly different than lets say a bullet to the head to where that would leave someone unable to speak. In relation to injuries players would be to roleplay the injury that lead to them being on the floor so a sledgehammer in relation to the way where Alex said he was hit would make sense he could still speak however he would be in a lot of pain, However in the videos provided this isn't the case. 

Around 6:15 onwards Chrissie did make the statements that we need to badly hurt him or kill him so he cannot remember anything. Now in relation to the rules when someone does respawn they don't remember what lead up to that death or whoever killed them however mentioning this in Roleplay and pushing that point with the above would fall under power gaming. 

Moving forward from here around 6:53 Chrissie did mention to the other player who had Alex in the vehicle to "Take a screenshot when they get there", Was this a slip of the tongue, Possibly however we need to keep in mind whilst we are in roleplay then we do roleplay and not ruleplay. Around 6:35 Chrissie did then start to beat Alex with the sledgehammer and have to make the point "That's in the head" "That's in the head again" multiple times, Not to sure why this had to be mentioned within the situation. 

Past 8 minutes in the video Alex goes back to whistling loud and one could only guess why he wasn't roleplaying his injuries and why he thought it was a good idea to from the look, Borderline troll in the situation. Around 8:33 another player holds a knife and does a me command to inform that Alex's tongue was cut out. Alex then goes to whistle but with the injury of his tongue being cut out somewhat however he would of been in a lot of pain since this happened. 

Shortly after Chrissie is shot by at the time an unknown male that wasn't part of the situation and then Alex shouted normally "Yes Lad" and started laughing. Now just after the other players who did shoot Chrissie mentioned who's feeling stupid now taking one of us. Now looking over the video Alex provided he did tab out multiple times in the clip he provided to where you can hear him on discord with his push to talk button. 

Going over all the videos and information it's clear that Alex did use ooc information to get help from his friends who come and just shot without any roleplay. From the outset the shooter was in no way involved and looking at the statement provided by Alex, Yes yous we're in a pink BWM outside Bahama mamas however you was then taken around the corner in the ally. If someone was following why was there no RP engaged from the other people prior? They come around the corner and shot knowing yous would of all been there. 

Towards the end of the video provided by Chrissie the male in the back of the vehicle did say to Chrissie do you have bodycam and to send it to him to make a report, Then Chrissie said to put a dot in police public on discord. This does fall under the threats to report rule and this isn't allowed under any circumstance. 

Overall this situation is appalling from everyone involved to the standard of the roleplay given. Two of the people involved are or we're in whitelisted factions and you should of known better as a whole that this type of behaviour isn't allowed. Whilst yes we understand people get frustrated in situations and somewhat on an ooc level, It's never good to let situations overcome your emotions. If sessionheads was used and the identity of the male in the vehicle towards the end of the video was known they would also be receiving a ban for threats to report.

Based on the long summery of what happened I'll pop a conclusion below as I've outlined the issues above and the rule breaks in question.
