After finishing our blood diamond run we found a 50.cal patrol around the island so we decided to give chase. once found we saw it surrounded by a few people on the ground whilst they was still driving, i decamped my friend and then decided to decamp myself and move into a position where i can initiate, after walking upto the fine gentlemen they decided to then point weapons at me saying hands up hands up hands up before spraying me down. i ordered my guys on teampseak not to shoot as they just RDM'D me and gave me very poor role play. i later asked him to join me on TS about the matter which he just brushed off with a nice "fuck off" basically. I enjoy role play and i enjoy gunfights but when coming across this gang there role play is poor and there initiations are weak. its either hands up or die or hands up we have multiple people in the area before gatting us down.

Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

You guys had been tracking us for a while and were on top of our location so we were expecting some kind of communication.  However when you approached us, you got out of the car and came over to me with your gun drawn.  That was a little silly, but I thought ok.  You said "how's it going boys" yet you then had your weapon pointed at me. I did not know how to respond but needed to assess the situation. You also had others with you but we weren't sure how many, as you yourself have clarified. Because you approached me and started circling me, I felt uncomfortable so I told you to put your hands up.  To this you responded with "hands up or what mate". 

Before I could say or do anything one of your guys opens fire. I was in a jokey mood with you to some extent, until shots were fired at me. You had already warned me you had people in the area and since my guys were told not to shoot, I assumed it was one of your guys shooting at me; in fact I thought he got out of the hatchback you came from. Assuming I was about to die, by your buddies hands, I responded by shooting the person standing infront of me pointing his MX SW at my face. 

What did you expect me to do? I gave you the option to RP by telling you to put your hands up, to which you responded with "or what". I could have initiated leathel force to begin with if I had no intention of RPing however your response is what worried me. If you yourself wanted to RP, you would have co-operated.

We then came to TS to talk to you in your gangs lobby where the only words exchanged were you stating "you consider this as good quality RP" and proceeded to kick us from your gang channel then went back to your private room. None of us were even given a chance to speak.

Before I could then one of your guys opens fire without giving me the chance to respond.

If you look closely at the video at the time Kittens was shot you will notice the first shots were shot at him and were fired from his left where you guys were and not from the right were me and stubley were. The first shots that hit kittens were fired from one of your guys and you can see one of  them in the exact directions thoose shots came from. EDIT: From closer inspection I am pretty sure the first shots came from the guy kittens was talking to before he actually said "or be shot"

Ok so let me get this straight, your blaming me for firing first yet as u can see i still have 100 rounds in my mag, secondly the shots we're from the left where your guys where set up. and last but not least they were yellow tracers from your friends gun cause we have 7.62mm and 100 round mags which are not tracers.

I already told my guys not to shoot when i was shot because of the poor RP and RDM.

Your response to this doesn't make sense in the fact of your trying to blame me and my friends for firing first yet we didn't and if we did the report would be the other way round as no one lethally initiated.

when i first asked you to team speak you said no. I only asked for yourself to come to team speak but you all showed up and when i asked to talk to you alone you all denied that so i dragged you into a private room and asked you if this was good RP from your side which i quoted already that u said "i did nothing wrong in this hostile situation" i therefore had enough with it and clearly decided to take action as you wasn't going to comp me for anything and didn't want to resolve and you came for an argument so i removed you from the channel lobby with your friends and went to file the report.

I see you reply with "..." yet you edited it and you put this proving that u didn't initiate and started shooting anyways.

Clearly shown at 2:55 you hear the MX silenced being shot which is the gun you are holding MRSPREADCHEEK with no shots before hand you clearly don't understand the rules i wish you all the best luck in the future. i will no longer respond and let admins deal with this.

If my guys were shooting, it would have been the 50 Cal shooting or the guy near Kittens left who had an AK in his hand. neither of those weapons shoot otherwise you would clearly know it. The shots did come from Kittens left (my right) but I had assumed one of you had gotten out of the green hatchback and shot. We had no idea where you all were.  Again neither of my guys shot. I thought I was the one being shot at.

you keep saying my friend shot you, yet my friend would have been the 50 cal immediately to your left or my friend sitting about 10 meters to your left with an AK pointed at you.  If either of those shot, you would have clearly heard them as neither are silenced.  Neither of guys shot at you.

This isn't the first time I've seen reports go up against you either Kittens and I've seen you involved in plenty of rule-breaking situations yet you don't see me filing reports nor complaining about it.

Would it be too much if I said I watched you shoot out the tail rotor of a medical heli some 10 minutes ago?  I can have some evidence uploaded if you like.  Would that help you understand that your behavior is not what is expected in this community?

When we came to your lobby we came to resolve something but as our host, you resorted to kicking us out of your gang channels and came here to report.  If there was anything that could have been resolved, it ended there.  If it wasn't your guys shooting we could have resolved it then or even comped each other...whatever the case, you did not let that happen but chose to come straight here.

My friend, you are trying so hard to twist my words, it's embarrassing.  Relax and read again what I wrote.  I asked if you would like me to, in response to your previous question.  I did not threaten you in any way or form nor did I say you are not welcome here.  What I stated is that this kind of attitude is not welcome.  Maybe you need to freshen up a little.  It's 9am.  Go get some rest.

@peter pe you are the one with the kill here, however there seems to be at least one person shooting here.

Since we cannot tell from the video who is shooting, or from what side, it is difficult to make a judgement on this.

I have checked your record and it is clean thus far, so given this, and the fact there appears to be multiple shooters, and there is no way of knowing who this is shooting, I will not be issuing a ban. However @peter pe I will give you a warning here, for whatever reason you shot [TBB] Capt. K. Montana without high quality roleplay.

I understand situations like this with two groups of heavily armed rebels is a dangerous and heated situation however please try to ensure you provide high quality roleplay before shooting in the future.
